Open a browser on yourdesktop

choose Google Chrome

on the Toolbar

Google Chrome




Type in drive.google.com




Enter your email address




Enter your Password




Click Sign In




This is your Google Drive

page




Let’s start

creating some documents




Click New




Click Google Docs




A new tab will open




This looks the same as the

Microsoft Word




This is the toolbar




Click Untitled document to

name the file




Type in the name of the

document here




Click OK once done




Title will appear here




No need to save the

document




As you type, all changes willl

be saved in Drive




Let’s try to close the

document




Go back to Google Drive




Here’s the document that we

created




Now try creating a

spreasheet




Click New




Click Google Sheets




It is similar to Microsoft

Excel




Use this toolbar to create

and edit the spreadsheet




Don’t forget to put a title




Close the document
