When placed side-by-side, the LTH low temp models perfectly match Hussmann’s medium temp BCH reach-in merchandisers, giving your store an attractive, consistent look and feel.

Get more merchandising space – you’ll use itBecause all of the refrigeration components are located in the cassette underneath the case, most of the case interior is available for product display. This gives you more interior space than any competitive unit to merchandise on the adjustable wire racks. Each rack has a built-in 1-1/2” h product stop.

The stainless-steel bottom deck is also built to merchandise product.

Innovative cassette Refrigeration System – A Hussmann exclusive!All LTH and BCH models feature Hussmann’s new proprietary cassette refrigeration system. This revolutionary refrigeration system makes service and maintenance of the reach-in cases quick and easy, minimizing service costs and refrigeration downtime.

The R-404a cassette refrigeration system includes the compressor, condenser, hot gas condensate pan and many of the components usually found inside the case display area, such as evaporator, evaporator fan motors, expansion valve and temperature control.

Save your food (from defrost) and save energyBy removing all of the refrigeration components from the display area, the cassette system protects displayed product during defrost better than any other system on the market (since the defrost actually takes place outside of the refrigerated display compartment). Product is not exposed to excessive rise in temperature, and pulling the display compartment back down to operating temperatures is quicker. Displayed product lasts longer and case energy consumption is reduced.

Both medium and low temperature doors are constructed with a triple pane glass pack, non-metallic spacers, and optimal air spacing. The Innovator Series R door frames are available in black and gray, and sizes 30” x 67” and 30” x 75” full view doors. 24” x 75” size doors available in U.S. and Canada only.

STEP STARTUP ACTIVITy

1. Locate, read and maintain install/operation manual in a safe place for future reference.

2. Examine unit. Confirm there is NO damage or concealed damage.

3. Level the unit, side to side and front to rear.

4. Remove all shipping brackets/compressor

straps/bolts etc.

5. Unit must be run on a dedicated electrical circuit without the use of an extension cord.

6. Ensure that the proper electrical requirements for the equipment are supplied.

7. Verify field electrical connections are tight.

8. Verify all electrical wiring is secured and clear of any sharp edges or hot lines.

9. Verify the condensate drain line is properly trapped and pitched.

10. Verify all required clearances on the sides and back of unit.

11. Verify there are no air disturbances external to the unit. Heat and air registers, fans, and doors etc.
