Athletes will get 4 throws or jumps. No finals.Javelin runway is grass. Shot put and Discus rings are on concrete.Starting heights in the High Jump and Pole Vault will be determined at the site.We will send out field event sheets after the meet.

Rolling Schedule. Unlimited individual entries, 2 Relays per race per school.We will combine boys and girls 3200 meter relays and 3200 meter runs.First flight or heats will be the best kids we have.We will be using an IPad app called “SprintTimer” to time all running events. At the end of each race your athlete will receive a label indicating what event, heat, and lane they were in. At the conclusion of the meet we will send out results so that you can match up your athletes to their event/heat/lane (See next page as to what this will look like).

Example how to match times for Running Results

-The labels will have the event, heat #, and lane # on them.

-The results will be organized by event, heat, and then a time will be associated with each lane.

-You simple need to match up your athlete with their time.

Each school will have their own sheet of labels

In the example Jeferson was in the Boys 800m Run, Heat 1, Lane 2.
