What do you do for a living? I know many Shaumbra who are doctors and psychologists, healers and software programmers. Some work in a govern-ment job or teach at a university, while others are graphic designers or accounting managers. Quite a few Shaumbra are retired, and a surprising number of Shaumbra have their own business.

I have one of the best jobs in the world. I work with a dedicated team of New Energy professionals at the Crimson Circle here in Colorado, USA. The Crimson Circle doesn’t have an office; the staff works from their homes. After many decades of driving back and forth to work and putting up with corporate office dynamics, it’s a blessing to work with this team and from my home. I get to travel around the world with Linda, meet amazing Shaumbra and see places I never imaged. I work long hours but it’s always a joy because I’m in my true passion. Plus, my boss is an angel.

Whether you’re a construction worker or an architect, an engineer or physi-cist, this is not your real job. It’s a way to make a living, pay your bills and perhaps express your talents.

A Consciousness Pioneer is one who explores new realms of consciousness and awareness. Not many humans have this title; most are content with fol-lowing their old karmic and destiny paths. They shudder at the very thought of exploring new levels of consciousness, if they even know what conscious-ness is. In fact most people are unconscious about consciousness. A quick Google search shows that there are 26 million results for a search on the wordconsciousness, compared to 191 million results for religion, 235 million results

forsoccer, 686 million results forfashion, 714 million results for money and 761 million results for sex.

A Consciousness Pioneer dives into new feelings, thoughts and emotions. At some point they go beyond thinking and emo-

tion, deep into sensual awareness. They break out of Mass Consciousness limitations, going into the unexplainable and incomprehensible. They imagine the unimaginable and create new levels of consciousness.

The Consciousness Pioneers do this within and for themselves. They often think they are doing this for some internal resolution to their problems and issues but in reality they are doing it because of a deep desire for more, to go beyond, to experience

something besides the old and mundane.

job in order to save the world or to

ers, their work has a pro-f o u n d

e v e r y t h i n g . They poke holes in the ceiling of Mass Consciousness so that others may even-tually break free of their barriers. By exploring the Unknown and Uncreated

they set the standard for others who one day may choose their liberation.

Not just anyone can be a Consciousness Pioneer. It requires lifetimes of looking within, peeling away layer upon layer of old beliefs and wounds, accepting responsibility for your creations, not following gurus or using old sacred books as a crutch, and never taking yourself too seriously. high on the list. Compassion, as defined by Tobias, is “accepting all things as they are.” Adamus would say it as “All is well in all of Creation.” One of the most challenging requirements is discernment, especially the understanding that “It’s Not About Me.” Most Consciousness Pioneers check this box when applying for the job but really have no idea what it means until they are well into their consciousness career.

While being a CP is the best job in the world, it has it’s drawbacks. At times it’s a lonely job. There are monthly Shouds and occasional live workshops but for the most part you’re on your own. It’s a “sole” job, or perhaps “soul” job. You’ll have the strong tendency to take in nearly everything as your own, meaning that you’ll feel everything around you but assume it must be coming from within you. Sooner or later you’ll learn that the only thoughts or feel-ings that are yours are the one you are consciously choosing, but even the Ascended Masters had a hard time with this.

Those who are energy vampires need not apply. If you linger in the victim energy you’ll never break out of old patterns, energy feeding or lower levels of Mass Consciousness.

Caution: At times there will be an overwhelming tendency to think you’re going crazy. In a way you are, because you’re learning to go beyond the norms of the mind, linear reality and complacency. As a CP your mind will try to relate your new experiences to things from the past, but they simply won’t apply. After massive bouts with craziness and perhaps even depression you’ll finally learn to tell your old mind, “Shut Up!” And it eventually will, especially if you activate your sense of humor.

The pay doesn’t really matter for a CP. Research has shown that CPs will actually PAY to be one rather than receive pay because the true rewards are at a level that simply cannot be measured in money. (Update: CPs are now finding that they are worthy to receive more pay from their “make-a-living” jobs. Go figure.)

The ultimate frontier for a CP is freedom. It’s the realization of the I Am. It’s being free of illusions, relying on others, karma, distractions, limitations and the past. Once this freedom is realized and embodied, the Consciousness Pioneer adds a new line to their business card: FREE TO BE ME.

It’s early Sunday morning in Moncton, New Brunswick. I’m awake in the middle of the night again and won’t be able to sleep until I write this down. It’s been a little more than 48 hours since the Mounties got their man. People are saying it’s a miracle that it happened without further bloodshed. Many of the headlines and tweets read like this: “Shooting Suspect Arrested,” “Moncton can breathe again.” While most people were holding their breaths, I was doing the opposite. I have Adamus to thank for that.

During the May Shoud, he spent a long time talking about breathing, and specifically about breathing in the darkness. He talked about how darkness is part of our divinity, that it represents the things we don’t love about ourselves, and how important it is to allow and to breathe in those energies. He went on to explain that evil is simply “a mass consciousness expression of suppressed darkness of the individuals” and, because so many people suppress their dark energy, eventually someone picks up on it, and it explodes.

And so, on the evening of June 4th, a 24 year-old man, unknown to police, allegedly walked out of his home in a residential neighborhood dressed in full camouflage gear and carrying a couple of high powered rifles. Eyewitnesses reported that he seemed to be on ‘a mission.’ After police arrived, shots were heard. With three RCMP officers dead and two others wounded, a massive manhunt ensued involving over 300 law enforcement officers, including SWAT teams, armored vehicles, helicopters, and state of the art surveillance equipment.

Blocking off a wide search area, police asked people to stay inside and lock their doors. For 30-hours, thousands of residents cowered in their base-ments in fear, as the rest of the city became a ghost town. The population is 70,000, but the greater Moncton area is 140,000. Even if they didn’t live in the lockdown area, most people stayed home. All schools were closed, as were most businesses and government offices. Public transit, postal delivery, and garbage pickup were suspended. With bated breath, everyone was glued to the Internet, social media, radio or TV. Events like this rarely happen in Canada, especially here on the east coast, known for its hospitality and small, safe, communities. However, as our mayor said during a press conference: “If it can happen in Moncton, it can happen anywhere.”

When all this started, I was on my way back from a drive in the country with some friends. Oblivious to the drama that was unfolding, we’d marveled at the play of light and dark as the sun shone from behind an unusually thick and ominous cloud formation. When I got home, I noticed a message on my cell phone. A friend was warning me about a dangerous gunman on the loose. Although I didn’t live in the search area, it was with shock and bewilderment that I got myself up to speed on what was going down.

Having worked as a news and current affairs producer at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, I’ve lived through many a crisis and I’m pretty calm about these things. As I sat in bed with my iPhone trying to process all

the tweets, photos and videos being posted by the RCMP, journalists on the scene, and residents describing what they were seeing and feeling, I even-tually realized that I was forgetting to breathe. Then the words of the May Shoud started spilling into my consciousness, and I knew what I had to do. Not only breathe, but also breathe in the darkness.

Most of the posts expressed shock, concern, support and condolences; but eventually #moncton went viral, and more and more comments were steeped

in dark energy: “He’s doing God’s work.” “I hate cops.” “Don’t kill him, tor-ture him on national TV.” It was surreal, and I was amazed at how calm and unafraid I was. All I could do was breathe it all in, and go to bed.

When I got up at 7 a.m., the gunman still hadn’t been captured. Although police were confident he was still in the same area, my mind went into a tail-

spin. Could he have given them the slip? Made his way to my neighborhood? I quickly stopped those thoughts and resumed my conscious breathing. Then, as I answered emails, messages and phone calls from concerned friends and family across the country, and managed to get some work done, breathing in the darkness kind of became second nature.

As Thursday wore on, the photos of the suspect in Rambo-like garb that had made headlines around the world, were becoming eclipsed by images and videos of people leaving flowers and candles on the steps of police head-quarters, children offering their drawings, officials unsuccessfully holding back tears, and the mayor giving an RCMP spokesman a hug. As #prayformoncton started trending and people were focusing their thoughts and prayers on my city, here I was breathing in the darkness.

When the sun started setting over Moncton once again, the RCMP, via Twitter, asked the public to turn on their exterior lights to help them ferret out the suspect. Soon after, people across the city, the province, the country, and around the world started tweeting photos of their own porch lights. Moved to tears by this outpouring of support, I allowed them to flow. When I turned off my bedside lamp, I knew it would be another sleepless night for the Mounties, the journalists, and many terrified residents.

For those still awake and online, relief came at 1 a.m. when a young woman, tweeted: “He was in my backyard. I saw him arrested in front of my eyes. He is alive. Thank you #RCMPNB.” For those of us waking up to the news, talk at breakfast was a bittersweet mix of relief, gratitude, and surprise. Surprise that the ordeal had ended without further bloodshed, and that the suspect was still alive. Later in the day, when he made a brief appearance in court, I continued to breathe in the darkness that had brought him there.

Almost everyone in our tight-knit bilingual community was affected by the ordeal. Our city’s motto, Resurgo, a Latin word meaning ‘to rise up again,’ was popping up everywhere on social media; and then the mayor asked citi-zens for suggestions on how to heal and move forward as a community using #monctonspirit, and #espritmoncton in French. Despite the rain, over a thou-sand people showed up at police headquarters that evening for a candlelight vigil. With both tears of grief and smiles of relief on their faces, young and old stood in line to hug or shake hands with RCMP officers. When I took a police-woman in my arms to give her a hug, my eyes were wet, and so were hers. Incredibly, over a matter of hours, the energy in my city had moved from fear and darkness to compassion and spirit; and in the days and weeks following, an unprecedented outpouring of healing energy has continued to flow.

Like many Shaumbra, I’d been bored with life lately, not sure what being an embodied master was all about. Now I know. Nothing beats an experience like this to test the stuff you’re made of, and I was surprised to discover that breathing in darkness was easier than I’d thought. It’s about embracing life. It’s about allowing and breathing it ALL in: the light AND the dark. I sincerely thank Adamus and the Crimson Circle for guiding me in my journey. We can’t control what happens in the world around us, but we can choose what hap-pens inside us. That is true Freedom. And so it is.

Some channels personally touch me more than others, and Live Free is one that stands out in recent memory. It’s an Adamus classic with a combination of a beautiful and clear message from Adamus, interaction with audience members and a profound Merabh with the live accompaniment of Yoham.

The session took place at the Consciousness, Unleashed work-shop in Bled, Slovenia in May 2014 with a live audience. It was Sunday morning, the weather was beautiful and there were about 85 Shaumbra from over 15 different countries. The previous day of the workshop had been intense; I wasn’t sure what to expect on this sec-ond day. I could feel a particular warmth and compassion in Adamus as he opened my eyes and stood up to speak. Adamus gave a very special message about true freedom, first talking about why he loves and respects humans so much.

Then he talked about why he’s here to work with Shaumbra, spe-cifically the ones who have truly chosen embodied enlightenment, and why he encourages the “dabblers” to move on. After discuss-ing the question “What do humans want?” Adamus goes into the topic of the day – what Shaumbra really want. There are many things Shaumbra want but the truest answer is freedom.

Adamus gave an entertaining synopsis of the book The Red Lion (which was inspired by St. Germain) and how it illustrates the cost of ultimate freedom for those who are not ready. He also talks about Time, explaining how it is the glue that holds together our earthly dimension, and how we can transcend Time and its limitations.

Then, accompanied by the magical music of Yoham (Gerhard Fankhauser, Einat Gilboa & Amir Yakobi), Adamus guided the audi-ence into the sensuality of true freedom, a gift that only you can give yourself, if you so choose.

Live Free is profound, insightful and entertaining. The Merabh at the end of the session can help shift your consciousness from limita-tion to freedom. It’s one of my new favorite Adamus channels, and I hope you enjoy it as well.

This is the story of my amazing spiritual journey over the last year. – A jour-ney through crushing blows, losing everything, learning to trust, allowing and then experiencing the most amazing synchronicities – and a completely new and unexpected direction in my life.

I am a classical conductor, pianist & organist by profession. I also went to Med School and am a few credits short of MD. I write spiritual songs and have started a spiritual blog called “Happy Dolphin Café.” During my music career I played Carnegie Hall, for the Pope at the Vatican and many other famous venues, including the big cathedrals of Europe, experiencing great initial suc-cess in my life. I lived in fascinating places like New York, Los Angeles, Vienna, Hawaii and others, travelled all over the world – which is one of my passions – ran a successful company and became a social entrepreneur.

Of course, like everyone I also experienced my share of difficulties and crushing blows, but nothing could prepare me for the journey I was about to embark on last summer.

It almost cost me my life, almost broke me complete-

ly, I lost everything – and yet, I am now finding “everything” and am begin-ning to experience the great lightness of being when in the flow of allowing, letting go of control, and trusting my intuition (my gateway to the Divine).

After returning to Santa Monica, CA, in February of 2013 and spending sev-eral blissful months there, I started my annual summer road trip, this time to Alaska. I drove all the way from California, along the Alaska Highway through beautiful Yukon territory – an amazing journey! I love driving in this beautiful country. It’s meditative and relaxing to me, and I get some of my best creative ideas during this sacred alone time. I am very solitary by nature and being on the “open road” is exhilarating and liberating.

It was one of the happiest times of my life. I had reached a level of wealth that allowed me to live comfortably, running my own music company and being in control of my life. However, as I was travelling through beautiful Alaska, a number of things happened and I suddenly found myself stranded with almost no money at all. It was a scary situation that pushed me to extreme levels of despair. It was during that time that I happened to come across the book “Live Your Divinity: Inspiration for New Consciousness” by Adamus Saint-Germain at Barnes & Noble in Anchorage and read it all in one sitting. I’ve always trusted my intuition, especially when it was this strong, and I knew instantly that this was a path I needed to explore further. The only other time I had ever felt this strongly was when I read the “Autobiography of Yogi” by Yogananda in 2001 and knew instantly that Kriya Yoga was the next step on my spiritual path and an important meditation technique for me learn - interestingly, Kriya Yoga is all about breath......

AN AMAZING TRANSFORMATION

I started listening to every single Shoud (=Channel) on the Crimson Circle website and drank it all in. It offered such a beautiful, fun, loving, and com-pletely new perspective on everything. I loved the emphasis on compassion-ately loving self, the state of “Ahmyo”, of trust, allowing and grace, and to enjoy the journey along the way. It was a very blissful time, even though on the outside my life was falling apart more and more.

Through amazing serendipity I made it from Alaska to Hawaii and spent some sacred time there, before following a strong intuition to attend the next Shoud in Colorado just a week later (September) - again facilitated by a num-ber of miraculous events. My first meeting with fellow Shaumbra was abso-lutely beautiful. It was a coming home, seeing old friends again, rejoining the family – just wonderful! I was amazed at how loving and welcoming everybody was, how even long-time members like Edith, Dave and Andrah came up and spoke with me. It was such a relaxed and joyful atmosphere. And, of course, Adamus was amazing – as were Geoffrey, Linda, Jean, Bonnie and the others.

Interestingly, my two favorite words have always been “Joy” and “Freedom” and I am by nature a very positive, optimistic person who loves life. While I also had many difficulties in my life, I could never understand the dark hole of depression and even thoughts of suicide that people fall in and can’t get out of. As a med student the field that interested me most was psychiatry and I did a number of clinical rotations on psychiatric wards. I always enjoyed listen-ing to the patients, hearing what was going on in them, how they felt, what had brought them to this point – and giving some love and a caring heart to make their life a little easier. Little did I know that I was about to find out what deep, dark depression and utter despair felt like, the feeling of complete hopelessness and just wanting out.

But before that, I also attended the October Shoud - which was the one right after the floods with a completely different - amazingly pure - energy after all the cleansing. It was another beautiful - yet very different experience - and after that it was time to head East. It was then that the miracles and money flow sud-denly stopped and I soon found myself practically homeless in Florida. Since financial ups and downs had been a frequent theme throughout my life, finally having to face my worst underlying fear was shocking, terrifying and driving me down a path of deep depression, despair, and utter hopelessness.

Knowing that I was creating everything in my life, even these extreme situations, didn’t help because I didn’t seem to be able to find the “stop” / “reverse” button or any other way out of this situation.

As it happened my Kriya Yoga organization had their headquarters in Southern Florida, a beautiful property in the countryside with a large tropical garden, many fruit trees and friends from old. Not knowing what else to do, I finally called them and they kindly let me stay there on and off. Whenever I was in that beautiful, peaceful place – so powerfully charged with the pres-ence of two realized masters who had stayed there for several years – it restored me to a wonderful state of grace and trust and helped me to go on.

However, as I don’t like to be a “burden” and needed to get my life back together, I decided after some quiet time and reflection to leave the ashram

and go to a shelter in Miami, one with a back-to-work program. It was one of those intuitive moments and though it seemed a crazy and scary thing to do since no one had asked me to leave the safety and peace of the ashram, I left the next morning, not knowing where I would sleep that night, but in a blissful state and full of trust that things would work out.

I didn’t know that all the shelters were full – except the one I happened to go to: the Mother Teresa sisters.

Mother Teresa has been one of the most influential people in my life, not just for the obvious reasons, but especially for her complete and utter faith and trust in the Divine to provide everything she needed, which produced many “miracles” and amazing occurrences. She always refused an allowance, because that meant she didn’t trust God/Spirit and that was unacceptable to her. There is a beautiful story of when she opened her center in New York and the Archbishop insisted on giving her an allowance. Not wanting to offend him, she replied with her great sense of humor: “Your Eminence, do you think that finally in New York God has to declare Himself bankrupt?” What she prac-ticed was pure Ahmyo and her life and work unfolded accordingly.

I had numerous dealings with Mother Teresa sisters over the years as a volun-teer, almost joining them at one point, but now I was suddenly on the other side – on the receiving end, in need of shelter. It was a completely different experi-ence, unimaginable really! - The sisters took me in and I spent a peaceful night there under the loving protection of my favorite Jesus picture (Sacred Heart).

The next morning I got enrolled in a back-to-work program - miraculously fast as it normally it takes weeks to get in, and I seemed to be on my way to recovery. The first few days I stayed in that blissful state full of faith and trust and things worked out wonderfully. Then, however, I started being bombarded with difficulty after difficulty. Just when I thought one thing was resolved the next thing came. I barely slept, I broke down in tears every day (something I never do), I was completely exhausted and nothing, absolutely nothing, worked out. I, who had experienced amazing success from a young age, built things from the ground up in record time, was suddenly not able to find a single job, even though I was willing to do anything, even street cleaning assignments. It was blow after blow, my big ego and pride rebelled and I spiralled down into such despair that ending my life seemed the only option left.

MYSTERY SCHOOL OF MUSIC

As we are presenting the ‘Mystery School of Music’ we are of course also faced with the question of what this Mystery School is all about, why we cre-ated it and what somebody will learn and experience by going through it. In order to answer those questions I have to go back in time around 25 years when I had my first truly magical experiences through music; moments where the music helped me travel beyond my mind and personal reality into an experience of something much grander, meaningful and timeless. Let’s call it ‘the Great Mystery.’

It was those magical moments that lit a flame and passion within me that has burned ever since; a passion to surrender fully to the magic of music and harmony, learn and share its secrets and ultimately to let the music carry me home into the true temple within myself, into the ‘I am’ presence. This passion made me travel to the farthest corners of this world, sit with yogis, shamans and masters, research the power of sound and experience and learn the music’s mystery and gift. A magical experience lights a flame of passion in your heart and this flame is worth everything; it is a torch on your path to enlightenment.

We don’t want to teach you music but rather share with you moments of magic, and music carries an extraordinary magic that we all can feel and experience.

‘THE GREAT MYSTERY’ – GOING BEYOND THE MIND

Let’s talk a little bit more about the ‘Great Mystery.’ If I could tell you what it is, it wouldn’t be a mystery anymore. It’s like with love; you can only experi-ence it, feel it, and who feels it knows it! You cannot explain love, words fail, and it’s the same for the ‘Great Mystery.’

It doesn’t matter if it is a moment of true love, an innocent smile from a child, an enchanting walk in the forest, the silence on a mountain top, meeting animals in the wilderness, melting into song and dance, meeting the person you just thought about, or looking at your watch and it’s 11:11! It is those special moments that give us a chill which are encounters with the ‘Great Mystery.’ In those moments all thinking and searching, doubting and judg-ing stops and makes way for knowing, feeling, enjoying, allowing and simply being. Suddenly the search for the meaning and purpose of life disappears and all is left is a smile – a BIG smile, a MASTER smile!

During the years that I spent traveling in Asia I had a number of special encounters with one of my biggest music-mystical teachers. This man was truly a magician and could communicate with nature through his playing. But the most astonishing thing was not his music and teachings but the way we kept meeting by chance every February Full moon in different places over a period of four years. (This was long before mobile phones and Internet.)

Once we bumped into each other in Bangkok just on the day I had spent my very last money and had actually no idea what to do and where to go. He had been in town for only that day and invited me to be his guest at his place on one of the islands. After a whole night’s journey we arrived at the island and walked up to his Bungalow high up in the jungle with a majestic view overlooking the whole bay. In the evening we had a wonderful meal, sat at the fire and started to play music. While playing, the moon was rising and we realized that it was a full moon, the February full moon, and that our last meeting had been exactly one year ago. We looked at each other with a big smile; it was time for the cosmic master class!

Experiencing moments of magic and synchronicity makes us realize the grand perfection of all existence, the ‘All is well in all of creation.’ Actually, whenever we walk out into nature we should get enlightened. Experiencing and encountering the divine beauty and perfection of nature should be enough for the great ‘WOW’ experience. But unfortunately we are too busy with all kind of things to realize the divinity of all existence. We are always thinking, doing, going somewhere and there is no space for the ‘WOW’ expe-rience; a kind of ‘Sorry God, I’m busy!’

That’s where the importance of the music comes in. Music, like not many other tools, has the power to take us out of that daily blues, and most impor-tantly, out of our mind. It doesn’t matter if we’re moving and dancing along to a beat, feeling and expressing ourselves within a song, or journeying and dreaming while listening to inspiring sounds. Slowly the music embraces our whole being and takes us into an open field of experience and expansion. While we are breathing, toning and singing our mind can finally rest. The music awakens our sensuality and brings us into physical and spiritual pres-ence and perhaps into the experience of one of those moments of mystery that lights a flame on our path.

I know that this is not my first time here and I’m sure you know the same for yourself. I have clear memories of lifetimes connected to the ancient Mystery Schools, and the deeper purpose of those schools was to experience the ‘Great Mystery’ and ultimately the mystery of yourself; realizing that you are the one you are looking for, you are the goal!

The essence of the ‘ORYOM – Mystery School of Music’ is one of provid-ing a sacred space and ground for a mystical experience, and using music, sound, voice and movement as a vehicle to go beyond the mind. Our aim is not to teach you music but to let the music teach you; let it take you on a journey to open your heart, free your body and voice and tune into the grand music of your soul.

FROM THE ZONE By John McCurdy – Awakening Zone Coordinator

In late May I left the place where I spent a wonderful month-long personal retreat in the backwoods of North Carolina, grateful to my Shaumbra host and feeling eager to be on the road again in my camper-van home. All I knew about my next destination was that I needed to stop for a few days in Asheville, after which I would head north and west to visit some friends and family before getting back to Colorado in time for the June Shoud. But like the saying goes, if you want to make God (Self) laugh, just make a plan!

After a few wonderful days in Asheville I figured I’d seen what I needed to see, so I stowed my motorcycle, hooked up the trailer, and headed out of town. But as I approached the ramp to the west-bound freeway some thought grabbed the attention of my mind, and the next thing I knew I had sailed right past my turn and was headed in the wrong direction. Surprised and a little disoriented I pulled off at the next exit, wondering what had just happened and what it meant. I stopped for a while to eat lunch and see if some new clarity would come. Was something guiding me to stay in Asheville? Or to go in some other direction?

After a couple hours and no new insights I headed west again, over the mountains and then north through Tennessee. And I started feeling more and more depressed and getting more and more stuck in confusion and worry. What am I doing? Where does this journey end? When do I start my “real” work? What happens if my van breaks down? And down and down I spiraled...

And then, approaching the Kentucky border, it hit me. Iknowthisfeeling!ThisishowIfeelwhenI’mgoinginthewrongdirection!Suddenly I felt very clear inside, though my mind was even more confused. “There’s a national park not far ahead,” it said. “Let’s stop there for the night and see how we feel in the morning.” But that quiet inner knowing responded, Youalready

knowwhattodo,sowhyplaythegameanylonger? So I turned around and headed back toward Asheville, and as quick as that I felt on top of the world again!

Back in Asheville I started looking at the place in a whole new way, seeing how beautiful it is and how good it feels here. “Is this where my journey ends?” my mind asked. And the inner knowing replied, No,the journey never ends on Earth. But this is whereit changes, and this is a goodplace to be “passingthrough”forawhile,andagreatplacetostartbeingtheteacherandmasteryouare.

“Oh good,” my mind said. “Now it’s time to work on that self-love workshop you’ve been wanting to create for so long!” And for a couple weeks I felt such passion and clarity that all I could do was write and refine my ideas and work on my brochure and website. And then it all turned into mud again and the passion dissolved into confusion, and I was so behind in my work that I had to spend long hours catching up. I felt like I was going in the wrong direction again, but this time it wasn’t so obvious what the right direction was.

This month I talked with Awakening Zone host and Kuthumi channeler Marisa Calvi, and after the inspiring interview below I asked for a private session. Kuthumi has so much practical wisdom to share, and I felt almost desperate for some perspective. “Where did the passion go?” I asked.

“It’s a really simple dynamic,” Kuthumi replied. “You finally get, as a human, that rush of passion and that feeling like, ‘Yes, I’m finally in the right place!’ So that wonderful human part of you takes that beautiful feeling state and jumps ahead. ‘Great, this is what I’m going to do!’ And all of a sudden you’ve taken yourself out of the moment.” And he went on with some wonderful and very practical wisdom about just playing with life and with the passion instead of making such a big thing of it! It was such a good reminder, and I highly recommend a private session with Kuthumi if you need some perspec-tive in your own life.

So now I’m reminding myself to spend more time just enjoying life and this beautiful place, and to allow the teaching and everything else come to me. And suddenly this morning, to my great surprise because I thought I would be moving into an apartment today, it’s time to be on the road again and my soul is jumping up and down for joy!

WhydidyouwanttobeanAwakeningZonehost?

I found it really amazing how many little seeds we’ve planted earlier in life that sort of come back to us later in the least expected ways. Years ago I was a presenter on a broadcast radio station in Sydney, so when the opportu-nity came to do a show on the Awakening Zone it was a perfect fit. Back then I played music for people in maybe a twenty five mile radius, and now I have listeners all over the world and channel an old dead guy from India! How cool is that!

Whatisyourshowabout?

I called it FeelingGood because I wanted it to be about the joy of living as a creator, and about us freely embrac-

I love Kuthumi’s focus on being a cre-ator, but I only channel him every second month because I also want to be talking to people who are living their ascension, who are expressing their creativity, who are really just grasping at the joy in life, who are not settling for being victims, and who want to be creators. I especial-ly love to interview New Energy artists, because there’s a fantastic energy within artistic creativity and when people share that and what it brings to their life, other people can go and use that in their own everyday lives.

Whatdoyoulikemostabouthostingyourshow?

I suppose when I channel Kuthumi, because being in that space and with so many people tuning in I always get something for myself too. And also, when people who have been my guests sometimes reluctantly and nervously come back to me and say, “You’ve got no idea the shift I’ve had by having that conversation on the air for everyone to hear!”

How have you changed as a result of hostingyourshow?

Oh, wow... I’ve lost a lot of fear about saying what’s there, and about not holding back. Some people find that a little upsetting at times, but they’re coming to understand that sometimes you’ve just got to say stuff! I’ve also become much more aware of the things I say and how they create my reality, and that if this is who I want to be then that’s what I’ve got to radiate out.

Howmuchdoyoudrawonyourownexperiencesfortheshow?

Oh, lots! In particular I find that the best interviews are when I’m asking the questions that I really want to know for myself.

Whatexperiencedoyouwantyourlistenerstohave?

It’s so easy to go on Facebook or Twitter or message boards and read stuff or join in a conversation, but there’s still a distance. What I so love about the Awakening Zone

is that the listeners are there in the moment with us, listening to the conversation dynamics and the tones of our voices and the laughing and the hiccups and things like that, and they’re playing in the chat room! I love that their experience is so much more dynamic than just reading something, and that they can be there actually participating in the conversation by phone or in the chat room. I love that, and to me it is the absolute magic of

the Awakening Zone! So many people are going through their own spiritual journeys and don’t have physical con-tact with other people who are doing it a similar way, and the warmth of the shows that we have is just mind bog-glingly awesome and magic and joyful!

Whatdoyoumostwanttoconveytoyourlisteners?

I would just love for people to really embrace life as a joyful experience. We know we chose to come here and that we just came here for experience, and we know that we get to choose how it is, so why not choose it to be joyful and full of love? We get so caught up in the jour-ney, thinking that enlightenment is this reward down the track and that integration is this final destination, instead of just saying, “I am there, and now I choose to enjoy it!”

I think once we finally let go of having to learn more, or of having to integrate or deal with aspects and all that stuff – which is so wonderful and noble – and instead do it just for the joy of knowing more of ourselves; when we stop and say, “Yes, I am enlightened!” and then just enjoy life whatever it looks like, wherever it looks like, whatever it feels like; when we let go of all the ideas and expectations of how we should be in life and don’t care

what anyone else thinks about it, there’s such a fabulous freedom in that! So if I can share that with other people and invite them to really bring that into their lives, it would be just wonderful!

WouldKuthumiliketoaddanything?

Sure! He’s already right here. (Brief pause while Kuthumi comes in.)

Ah, it’s wonderful, I’ve taught Marisa so well that she’s kind of already said it, but it really is now that you are all so ready to stop with the struggle and to let go of this journey business. And to really stop and just really own your ascension. To really trust that you are enlightened. My passion now is for you all to really embrace living your ascension and to know that ascension and enlightenment aren’t these spectacular moments where you get hit by a thunderbolt and then float away to heaven!

It used to be like that. It can still be like that. Some of you are having those experiences – I have that big flash and then I’m done, I can go – but the real joy now in this new consciousness is staying and experiencing it in this dimension. Because no one, apart from me and Adamus, have really done that before, okay? So you’re now sit-ting within this era of humanity which is actually open to allowing that experience. And it’s allowing it to happen side-by-side with those still choosing duality. Which is a fabulous distraction and it kind of still likes to pull you guys out of your center and your balance a little bit!

So I like to be around to remind you that yes, you are enlightened. Yes, you have ascended. Now you’re having the fun of getting to know it. Now you’re having the fun of letting it evolve. Now you’re having the fun of doing it in this absolutely personal, sovereign way. Because the way you do it, John, will be different to how Marisa does it, to how Jean does it, to how whoever else does it. Ascension now is the most intimate personal experi-ence. You can share your stories and you can share your feelings, but you can never tell someone else how to do it. You can never tell someone else, “This is the way it is done.” And if anyone ever tells you that, hit them! [Kuthumi laughs at his joke.]

This is now about just the intimacy of knowing your essence, trusting that essence, and then just inviting so much more! It’s about embracing and knowing that you are absolutely perfect and amazing wherever you are and however you are. And that every time you take a breath it is to say, “Yes, I am enlightened. I am that I am, right here, right now, so in love with myself!” And every time you take that breath of I AM it is to say, “I want to know more of me, I want to love more of me, and I want more of this experience.”

It’s a whole other abundance that is just waiting to come in! The minute you accept it and embrace it, then you go into the next wonderful phase, which is letting it evolve. Letting it expand. You see, that’s what people get caught up in. They think this enlightenment and this ascension thing is a final destination. But even integration isn’t a final destination, so that’s kind of a little thing that we’ll work on now. Which is knowing that the longer you’re here you’ll still be creating more aspects to have fun with the experience. You’re creat-ing new aspects to go and have a different adventure or to deal with things in a different way, but they’re getting created with the foundation of balance and self-love. They’re not being created out of a trauma or being fractured. That’s the difference.

So integration evolves. Everything evolves. You would not be satisfied with being a finite, complete being here in humanity! You guys set up the design that way, but there’s been a bit of resistance to remembering that that’s what it’s going to be like. So it’s wonderful to have your dreams and fantasies about how life can be, because as long as they’re not distracting you or you get lost in them, they give you that little bit of a pep rally inside of you to say, “Keep going! Keep going! Keep going! Because I can invite things to be even grander than they are now, but I absolutely love and honor where I am now. I just want more!”

CREATING HOME

Home. It’s such a heart-tugging word, especially when you’ve been away for a long time. To be home usually means to feel safe, to be accepted, and be able to relax into your own space. No matter how many adventures we have, there’s nothing like the feeling of finally coming back home, whether after a short trip across town or an eon’s-long trip across creation. I think coming Home is a universal longing of the human heart.

The newest “home” that’s come into being is the brand new Crimson Circle Connection Center (4C), a real physical home for the Shaumbra entity and ener-gy. It’s an amazing creation and is still in the process becoming real to me. After the June broadcast I felt a little lost – “Shouldn’t I be packing something up? Loading something in the car?” A few days later we had a staff meeting at the Center, and I was a little startled to see everything still there. I’m slowly becom-

How long has it been since we, Shaumbra, have had our own home with our name on the building for all to see? I don’t think it’s possible to count the years or even the lifetimes since that happened. If I allow the memories to open up and follow our history back in time, I find myself at the Temples of Tien, our first collective home on Earth. For a long time we lived in peace and harmony in Atlantis, exploring our world, working with energy, learning about consciousness. But we still had a lot of growing to do and eventually things changed. Atlantis fell, but not before the Temples were ransacked, the gardens destroyed, loved ones driven away, hearts broken and dreams shattered.*

It was a terrible, painful time and many of us are still healing the wounds.

But we’re a hardy bunch and kept coming back over the eons, in families and small groups, determined to find the answers we sought and help conscious-ness evolve. Then, a little over 2,000 years ago, we came together once again and co-created a most amazing gift – bringing the clear crystalline Christ consciousness to Earth.

It was a beautiful time, a reunion of soul friends and the rebirth of a precious dream. And yet, even then we could not gather freely. We used the secret sig-nal of a crimson scarf or shawl to let each other know it was time to meet. We still had to be careful. And over the next 2,000 years we kept coming back, gathering in Mystery Schools and other secret groups, suffering and martyring as Cathars and “witches,” hiding out in monasteries and convents – always in secret, always working behind the scenes – until now.

This incredible change – of coming out and being seen – is what I felt deep-ly as the Connection Center became a reality. When the outer sign went up and I stopped by to see it, a whole group of aspects thought I had completely lost my mind – “Now they will find you!! Get out now while you still can!” I had to take several deep breaths, plant myself firmly in the here and now, and invite the frightened voices to come home. Then, during the very first broad-cast from the new Center, there was a moment when the energies were wide open and I suddenly looked up, feeling a flashback of another quiet meeting in another place and time when the building was unexpectedly attacked and burned to the ground – with some of us inside.

So this amazing new creation is providing yet another opportunity for inte-gration, as well as grounding the energy of Home right here on Earth. It’s a symbol of each of us coming back to ourselves and finding home within, and that’s the magical part. We’ve been searching for Home ever since we left, and it’s a longing that no amount of pleasure or pain, indulgence or denial can ever possibly fill. It’s a search that’s had us chasing stars across the universe and diving deep into the isolation of Earth. But, through all our discovery and learning, the search for Home continues.

As we awaken and begin to remember, it’s often tempting to try to revisit, recreate or at least find solace in the past. How many times have we wan-dered off into spiritual nostalgia – longing for the peaceful existence of Mu, the magical temples of Atlantis, the majestic times of ancient Greece, the sacredness of aboriginal life, and on and on. And, even though this spiritual nostalgia paints a very rosy picture of what were actually very difficult times, the siren call of the past can be very enticing. It floods our imagination with “how it used to be” and distracts us from what we can create right now.

You see, that’s the thing about Home: we have to create it – on purpose, by choice, with action. The Crimson Circle Connection Center was created by thousands of small individual choices all focused toward the same vision, and all made in total trust and without any control toward the outcome. No one said, “This contribution is for one of the lights” or “This one is for a piece of carpet.” It was simply choice after choice after choice to bring a dream into reality. It wasn’t poofed into reality with a magic wand; it was created by hard

work, careful attention to detail and passion. Not long ago I visited some friends who had recently built their new home from the ground up. It’s another dream of love made real and again by a thousand choices and actions, not by hoping to wake up one morning with everything complete.

I feel that this is really what all the interest in the light body is about – real-izing Home right here within us, no longer feeling out of place and lost, stuck in biology beneath a veil of forgetting. But this Homecoming is born of love and acceptance rather than sacrifice and struggle, of dreams made real rather than hoping for some future heaven, of a thousand little choices today instead of waiting for someday. Rather than longing for the good old days and mea-suring every moment by the ones we’ve seen before, lets take a deep breath and live right here, right now, within ourselves as we are. Otherwise, how can we possibly create our light body Home?

It is absolute unconditional love and acceptance for self that will finally lead us Home, and that love has to be so much more than just a concept or a nice idea. If my body is tired, I let it rest. If it’s hungry, I don’t argue. If it wants attention from some kind of practitioner, I give it that gift. If it wants to be left alone to do its thing, I toss out the doubt. You see, my body exists for one single purpose – to support me in whatever experience I’m choosing. I may not know why I’m choosing a particular experience, but I know that my acceptance of it automagically allow it to come into balance.

Speaking of Home, soon after I wrote this article I listened to the new “What is Love?” merabh from Kuthumi, and something fell into place. Kuthumi said:

“Lovewas firstexperiencedhereonEarth.Youcame into thisverydense,deepenvironmentofEarth,intotheseverydenseenergies,feelinglost,often-timesfeelingalone,outofconnectionwiththeIAm.Butthenatsomemoment,youmetaveryspecialbeing,andthroughtheireyesandthroughtheirheartsyoufeltthisthingcalledlove,thisdeepbeautifulintimateconnection.”

Falling in love with someone can be such a profound experience because we recognize a glimpse of Home (the I Am) in their eyes, and for a while we don’t feel so separated and lost. That’s why it has been said that love was first experienced on Earth – because you can’t rediscover something until you lose it in the first place, and it’s only on Earth that we forget so completely…

Finally now we come to the exquisite completion, finding love – trueLove– and Home within. No more searching (for home), longing (for connection), falling (in love) and breaking (our hearts). We’ve finally created Home – wheth-er it’s a Center or a Light Body – right here on Earth. Now the real fun begins!
