SAM I AM(There’s a little of Sam in all of us)

It seems that many Shaumbra were eagerly awaiting an update about “Sam.” Adamus has given a few insights and details into Tobias’ incarnated human aspect, but until the July 24 Awakening Zone show there have been more questions than answers; more speculation than facts and figures. After four years of waiting, Adamus and Tobias finally provided a glimpse into the life of an Ascended Master incarnate.

From 1999 to 2009, Tobias offered channeled messages to humans through the Crimson Circle, filled with insights and wisdom about our transition into the New Energy era. Tobias was loved and respected by people around the world who read his monthly messages of hope and compassion, and learned about the beauty of loving one’s self. On July 19, 2009, he bid farewell to Shaumbra and infused his essence into his “shell body,” a 10 year-old boy living in the northwest United States known simply as “Sam.”

The Awakening Zone chat room was packed with Shaumbra when the Sam Update show started on July 24. The energies were high, the chat was lively and I could feel the excitement bouncing off the walls. Fortunately Linda and I had a lot of upfront announcements to make before bringing in Adamus because we ran into some technical issues. Many of the Crimson Circle staff members were online so they quickly jumped in to help listeners while John Kuderka identified the problem and resolved it right before Adamus gave his opening comments.

Adamus asked the listeners to invite the essence of Sam and Tobias into the channel, and this caused a lot of feelings to swell up within me. In the four years since Tobias left I have only had one brief encounter with him, and no direct contact with Sam. I emotionally stumbled for a moment until Adamus privately reminded me to stay focused on the channel.

Adamus gave some interesting facts about Sam. He’s 14 years old, about to start into 9th grade in a few weeks, has a few close friends, doesn’t eat much meat but likes lamb, reads a lot of philosophy and likes to go fishing by himself. The last four years have been tough on him because his parents went through a rough divorce and his father now lives a few hours away. In school he enjoys history, geography, economics, writing and music and isn’t so fond

of science or math. He’s not into sports and prefers to spend time alone. He’s tallish and lanky, a handsome young man with beautiful eyes.

Wait a minute. This sounds like a pretty ordinary kid! I thought Tobias was an Ascended Master. Shouldn’t he be teaching the ministers, priests and rabbis? Shouldn’t he be healing people on the streets, bringing dead dogs back to life and manifesting gold coins to help his struggling mother pay the bills??

Geez, it would seem that Sam has issues and problems just like, well, us! His mother caught him in his bedroom with a young girl, both naked. He shies away from most people because they do vampire-energy-feeding on him. He’s bored with school. He’s very introspective, feeling like he is trapped with-in something but doesn’t know what it is and doesn’t know how to get out. He has bizarre nocturnal dreams, and daydreams most of his waking hours.

I was hoping Sam was perfect – perfect health, smarter than a whip, stron-ger than Atlas and with the disposition of Mahatma Gandi.

After giving some basic information about Sam, Adamus got into the deeper discussion of the relationship between Sam and Tobias. He pointed out that the Soul Being gives total freedom to the human aspect, noting that Sam could turn his back on Tobias, even terminate his physical existence at any time, or choose to connect with the inner truth that he is the incarnation of a Master. This provides an amazing insight into yours and my relationship with our Soul Being. It shows how everything in our lives is about potentials, not destiny. It’s about true Freedom.

According to Adamus, Sam does have some unique talents. He discovered that he sees the inner energies of animals, and can offer a degree of heal-ing through his eyes just by imagining the energy coming back into balance. Recently, while walking home from his friend’s house on evening he was sur-rounded by a bright light. The light transformed into three shiny silvery beings who told him that he is not alone. These cosmic beings will be at his side to help balance the energies as he goes into the next intense part of his life, and his potential realization of his I Am mastery.

Adamus pointed out that Sam is not much different than you or me. He is going through his human issues. He feels trapped but yet has a deep inner knowingness that there is much more to reality than what he is experiencing in his everyday life. He goes into very deep inner spaces and finds it hard to come back to the 3D. He is blessed with pure love and compassionate guid-ance from Tobias --- when he is open to receiving it. He is in discovery of him-self. He has tried to find the answers in books and other people but until he comes to accept that it is already within him he will be frustrated and anxious.

It took Yeshua nearly 21 years to realize his I Am mastery. The feeling I got from Adamus is that Sam will begin realizing his enlightenment within the next few years, and then continue to allow it into his early adult years.

I highly recommend that you listen to the Sam Update. The Sam Update provides a unique glimpse into the embodied incarnation of an Ascended Master. At the same time it is a glimpse into your own realization of enlightenment. Most of us aren’t 14 years old but in the words of Adamus, it doesn’t matter. Enlightenment doesn’t care about time, age, sex, race, weight, university degrees, your past or anything else. It’s just a matter of allowing. Or maybe Quantum Allowing.

I want to convey to you something simple and yet very powerful.

It uses the imagination. It allows for the truth that we are living our lives from the inside out. What we are inside determines what we experience as our world.

Yesterday, I was sitting on the couch crying when my husband came home. He came home three hours later than I thought he would. He went to his French class (as an American living in Quebec, he takes French classes) and then instead of coming straight home, he went to his friend’s house and had lunch, talked, and ended up visiting for two hours or more.

While he was doing that, I was imagining that he was dead, killed in a car crash or something, killed so suddenly that nobody could have foreseen it, just like my brother.

My brother John died in 2000, suddenly dead of a heart attack at the age of 43. He died so unexpectedly, seemingly at the peak of health and vitality, that when the authorities called my sister to tell her, she didn’t believe them. She wanted proof.

I didn’t know he had died for almost two days after the rest of my fam-ily knew. My father had died less than a month before and I had gone into retreat after spending weeks being so caring and loving toward everyone in my family. Finally, I wanted some time to care for myself. I lived in a remote area, on a mountain road and had no telephone landline. I had turned off my cell phone so that I could be on my own, quiet, no demands made upon me for just a couple of days.

They kept trying to reach me and couldn’t. So they called the police, who came to my house. They didn’t know that I had just lost my father. They didn’t even know who had died. They just told me that my family members were desperately trying to contact me and that someone in my family had died.

I thought it was my mother, so soon after losing her husband of 47 years. No, it was John. The one with whom I was most close. The one on whom I depended more than I could admit even to myself.

I wanted that time, then, in the days after I heard the news of his death, to be all about me. “Let this be my time to be comforted and cared for!” was my

plea to the heavens. But it was not to be. Yet again, it was up to me to be the strong one, the one on whom others depended. Even though I told them, “I can’t do it this time....” it fell on me to exercise the family dog, to deal with all of John’s affairs, and to put my grief on hold until after the funeral.

As I sat on the couch yesterday, all of that was there within me, needing to be released, to be resolved.

When my husband saw me crying he did all the right things. (I didn’t even know him in 2000 when John died so tragically.) He hugged me. He held my hand. He got a blanket from the bedroom and wrapped me in it. I could have written a message in the sky, “This man is so wonderful in the way that he loves me!”

But it wasn’t enough. I was still hurting and needing to find resolution for what had happened in 2000.

I went into the forest and sat, then got chilled and came in for a hot bath. I had supper. I sat by candlelight and felt, and remembered, and felt some more.

Then, I realized that I could bring my wonderful husband into that scenario. I could IMAGINE him there with me, holding my hand, saying all the right things, doing all the supportive things that I was so desperate to have some-one do back then. And so I did. And it felt so good. And it healed the hurt and terrified self that I was then.

Finally, after more than twelve years, my needs had been met. I had imag-ined them being met, by this dear friend who happens to be my husband, and so they were.

See, this is the key thing. When we imagine that it is so, it is so. On one very real level, it is so.

Then I slept.

And this morning, I woke up and did it again. This time, I was addressing the child I was so many years ago and saying, “You are a good, sweet person and will have a life of joy and self-fulfillment.” Only this time, I, as I am now, was saying that to the child that I was then. And it felt so good!

As we imagine it, so it is. And the future is the past healed.

I imagine now that I am surrounded by good, wise and true friends. And I am.

QUESTION 1: It’s about the children. How can we help them?

ADAMUS: Which ones?

QUESTIONER 1: The ones that go through those tough times, that they find themselves out of place.

ADAMUS: Yes, I’ll answer that on two levels. Children, in general, please listen to them. Listen to them. That’s

what they need. They need to be able to express, and so often the children are not listened to. Now, it doesn’t mean you have to act on everything that they say, but give them the opportunity to speak out, to express themselves. A good general thing, actually, for anybody.

Secondly, for the new children, the Crystal Children, as they’re called, the ones who are coming here for the first time, understand how sensitive they are. Don’t push them into any activities. They self-regulate in a way, but when they’re pushed into activities, it can cause a sensual overload.

Also, in a way, let them know that they are special and that they’re not required to fit in, because that’s what all of you tried to do is to fit in and the Crystal Children simply won’t. There’ll need to be new schools specifically for them. They are very intuitive and very clear, because they don’t have old karma. But yet, they’re extremely sensitive because they don’t have the conditioning and the experience in this reality that many of you have had.

Thank you. And I see that so many of the children are being given medications. I don’t need to say too much about that, but medication is not the answer. It does a lot of damage.

QUESTION 2: Adamus, could you talk about the so-called autistic children. I work with them.

ADAMUS: Oh good. Good. I’m going to ask you – what are you finding about autistic children?

QUESTIONER 2: I think they really enjoy my energy balances.

ADAMUS: Yeah. What do you notice different about them than other children?

QUESTIONER 2: They don’t care about a lot of things, they are just not important.

ADAMUS: Yes. Yeah, because generally the Crystal Children, the new ones coming in, tend to have autism. They tend to be overloaded by sensory events. They tend to be very, very sensitive, as you know, to things, and they’re having a difficult time adapting to this rather harsh reality. Yes. But

certainly not to treat them with medication, and one of the best things for them is art – to do art or song; creative.

Generally, with a lot – particularly the new ones that are coming in and have this thing called autism – they’ll go beyond that par-ticularly after puberty when they reach their late teenage years.

QUESTION 3 (woman): One more question concerning kids. If the kids spend a lot of time on the Internet, can it be harmful? Leaving the child to be on the Internet for a long time, should it be a problem, or it’s okay?

ADAMUS: Actually, going to school, taking a walk down the street or just being in life can be dangerous to the child. (Adamus chuckles) But the Internet has very unique dynamics. It is a reality, a dimension unto itself – now, a huge dimension – that is connecting humans in an instant around the world. So basically what you have is mass consciousness on a screen in front of you. It’s everything. It’s porn. It’s wisdom. It is valuable facts and figures, and there’s a tremendous amount of makyo and illusion. It’s everything.

So when anyone hops on the Internet, gets on there, you’re in this stream of mass consciousness. It’s hypnotic, in a way. Very hypnotic. Have you ever noticed that after hours on the

Internet, that you literally need to consciously recollect yourself, because you’re floating in this stream of mass consciousness.

The beauty of the Internet is that it connects things in an instant. It’s going to be difficult for governments and businesses and others to lie anymore, because it can get out there right away. There’s a beauty in that. It’s uncover-ing the secrets. It’s keeping things on a more transparent level. But yes, too much time on the Internet for a child or an adult, depending where they’re going, it can affect their consciousness. Absolutely. Too much time watching television – very hypnotic.

It’s really a balance for the children. Cauldre is telling me his story now of when he was a child, he’s saying, he was given two sticks and a cardboard box and told to go outside and play, and he became very creative. These days it’s too easy to sit and be entertained and/or hypnotized.

But it’s more helping the child to understand what’s really going on on the Internet. Yes. Thank you. Excellent question.

I am not a parent; but I wanted a parenting show on Awakening Zone Radio because I think it’s the hardest job in the world. And I think it has been par-ticularly hard on our generation because we chose to throw out the rulebook our parents used. I have watched friends and relatives struggle with how to be kind and calm when they wanted to scream and yell. (“You did what??!!”) I have had difficult discussions about how to raise kids with spiritual values but not the restrictions of religion. But what has broken my heart the most is watching parents sacrifice their own personal and spiritual development to be parents. (“I’m skipping the workshop so my kid can have soccer shoes.”) This difficult job will be easier if we have information, ideas and community where all can be shared.

So – back to our test question.

This is not a hypothetical situation. This text arrived from 18-year-old Jack while my friend Betheny (his mom) and I were driving back from dinner a few weeks ago.

I flunked. I laughed my head off and insisted Jack was trying to get out of being grounded.

Luckily for Jack, Betheny passed. She stayed calm, took some deep breaths, thought the situation through. “How were you notified?” she texted back. Thirty minutes later she had a copy of the e-mail from Jack’s employer. I felt horrible. I would have accused him of lying, started a huge argument, and made him feel bad about himself. But she has 18 years of experience I don’t have.

I learned something that night. And I feel confident we will all learn some-thing from The Parenting Sessions. If kids are in your life, I hope you tune in!

TOP TEN PRINCIPLES OF THE EFFECTIVE PARENT

1. Offer your children committed love. Let your children know, without a shadow of a doubt, that you love them and you will always love them no matter what. Make this a clear and consistent message.

2. Become the best educator of your children’s basic life skills that you can be. This is far more valuable than what you can ever buy them.

3. Teach your children to trust themselves more than anything else. Keep your children connected to their innate inner navigational equipment. Do not underestimate the power of self-trust; this is one of the greatest gifts you will ever give your child.

4. Give your children reasonable freedom to make choices for them-selves. There is only one finer teacher than you are, and that is life experience itself.

6. Make every effort to offer compassion to your child, even when con-sequences are required. Children are learning and therefore require explanations, education and understanding more than anything else. Make compassion your best friend.

7. Listen to what your children have to say, even if their words are con-tradictory. They have a lot to figure out in a very complex world. Listen and be present.

8. Give your children reasonable, basic responsibilities. Everyone in a household should contribute to the welfare of the family.

9. Enjoy your children for who they are. As parents, we have no other responsibility than to honor and appreciate who our children already are. Recognize your children as “souls” and raise them as such. When you can embrace the expansive nature of your child, you can gracefully step beyond societal controls and limitations and live a free and fulfilling life.

10. Stop whatever you are doing and openly accept and receive your child’s love. Revel in it! Take the time to bask in it as often as pos-sible. There is no greater gift you will ever receive. Let it heal you.

AHMYO – THE STATE OF DIVINE GRACE

During the 2013 European Book Tour, Adamus met with a group of Shaumbra in Munich, Germany and said, “Tonight we’re going to talk about ahmyo.” He stated that ahmyo is the state of divine grace, where nothing really matters and everything is there to serve you. Everything else is simply makyo.

GRAND CANYON JOURNEY

In this very special message given at the Shrine of the Ages near the south rim of the Grand Canyon, Adamus speaks about the very unique energies of the Canyon, and how its “interdi-mensional energy highway” connects with patterns of sacred geometry, ancient Egypt, our angelic families, and the 21st crystal cave that is in the area.

What does it feel like when the words become real? When the theories become experience? When the platitudes become tangible? I’ve been pon-dering this lately, because at some point it really does begin to happen.

A few weeks ago I had an experience that, in retrospect, was rather amusing as well as enlightening. Its effects are still with me.

Working through my errands in town, the last stop was the grocery store. Pushing the cart through the familiar aisles, adding items and checking them off the list, at some point I made a short stop at the ladies room. There was really nothing much on my mind, but as I stepped through the door some-thing dropped suddenly into my awareness.

During a conversation earlier that day a friend had happened to say, “I know that you’ve chosen embodied enlightenment.” It was nothing new. I’ve known that for a long time. But as the words came back to me in that moment, something happened. The implications of “thisis the lifetime and yes, I havechosen it” suddenly got very, very real.

The room began to wobble and I was grateful for a (rather awkward) place to sit and catch my breath. Glad to be alone for a few moments, the acute realization flooded my awareness: “It is a foregone conclusion. I will experi-ence my enlightenment this lifetime. I KNOW it in every cell of my being. I can no longer ‘get it wrong,’ there’s nothing more to figure out, and nothing left to prove – to me or anyone else. From this moment on, lifeiswhateverImakeofit.”

I felt all that in an instant, and waves of chills passed through me. I closed my eyes and breathed, trying to stay present with something far bigger than my immediate reality. Sure, Adamus has told us all that many times, but I’d never felt it so deeply and so real. Even now as I try to describe it, the words almost sound too trite. It’s as if they can only cobble together a superficial framework around something they can never contain.

Eventually realizing I didn’t want to spend the rest of the day in the toilet, I braced myself for the world. Walking back out to the shop full of busy people was a bit overwhelming, so I kept my eyes down and concentrated on the shopping cart that connected me to the floor. In a grocery store, people are

usually focused on getting their errands done, but the odd thing was, every time I looked up someone was smiling directly at me! What… do I have green hair or something?

At the bread counter I pointed to a loaf and the lady said, “Do you want it cut?” I wobbled my head and mumbled some-thing, staring off into space. She paused… “Um, was that a yes?” Oops. Back to earth, Jean, back to earth.

At last I got through checkout and out to the car. I loaded the groceries, climbed in, and just sat there for a good 15 min-utes. Nothing else felt important. Nothing else was as interesting as breathing in this beyond-words experience.

What had just happened? There wasn’t much I could define, and the few words that came sounded very familiar. “I can experience my enlightenment in any way I choose.” I already knew that, but apparently it had only been a concept. Somehow, in that strange moment in the ladies room, it became very, very real. ThereisnothingmoreIhavetodo. In fact, it doesn’t even mat-terwhat I do any more, because I am at the end of the journey. Now all that’s left is to explore this destination that I’ve worked so hard to reach.

We will each experience these moments of realization in our own way, in our own time. I know there will be many more for me – moments when the words become truth, when the concepts become experience – and honestly, I’m glad they are only moments! As much as I want my full enlightenment ‘rightnow’I’m also glad my soul is taking it slow. They are so precious, these moments of awakening (not to mention intense) and I want to experience them completely without incinerating myself in the process. It’s like savoring a first kiss that’s full of promise instead of rushing headlong into nirvana; like tasting every nuance of the finest dessert instead of gulping it down in two bites.

Does life change in enlightenment? Not really… but yes, completely. As I edge ever closer, I find myself more introspective, more desiring to be alone, and far less driven than I’ve ever been. I do what I enjoy, relish time with the ones I love, and receive the gifts of every moment, whether they are delivered with tears or laughter. Daily life on earth continues, and I sense that even after that final breath of full reunion it will probably remain so. As the saying goes, “Before enlightenment – chop wood, carry water. After enlightenment – chop wood, carry water,” and yet life takes on such a different quality.

Dear Shaumbra, trust the process. Trust the moments, for they are nearly always unexpected. Give yourself to them completely, in full experience and love for you, no matter what they are. Trust the pace, because bringing heav-en to earth is a delicate process that’s never been done before. And relish the simplicities and pains of life, for they are precious beyond words.
