Haggerston, the location for The City Mills, is now snapping at the heels of Hoxton, Dalston and Shoreditch as London’s trendiest address in the East London revival.

A few years ago the standard reaction to ‘Haggerston’ was probably ‘where?’ But now it’s on the map, or more specifically, the London Overground map, and therefore the whole of London’s public transport network.

Haggerston Overground is one of the new stations on the line that cuts a north-south swathe from Islington down towards Docklands, with connections to

the Underground and DLR along the way. It means a journey of less than 20 minutes to Liverpool Street, 20 minutes to Canary Wharf, 26 minutes to Oxford Circus.

As well as excellent transport links, Haggerston has the prime benefit of the Regent’s Canal, a once industrial waterway that’s now being regenerated for leisure and relaxation.
