YDA CENTER

The YDA Center is situated at a point near one of the two main arteries of the city where arapidly growing number of offices, residences and universities take place. The site is notonly in the middle of business, recreation, shopping but also located at the intersection ofpublic transport stations of underground light railway, subway and bus services. The entirecomplex has a total construction area of 356.000 m².

The project is composed of three main spaces; "Urban Plaza", "Office", "Park ", and "UrbanVoids" to link those spaces.

HAMAMYOLU URBAN DECK

While incorporating itself into one of the most culturally historical but underused streets inthe Odunpazarı district in the heart of Eskisehir, the Hamamyolu Urban Deck provides afresh and inviting perspective in the revitalization of an existing passageway of an existingurban fabric. This 'green pedestrian axis' which is composed of natural wood elements, lushgreen landscape elements, water features, and seating areas create a modern and vibrantmeeting space that promotes movement from the Odunpazar Square to the Porsuk River.
