In September 2015, the managing director Dr. Arthur Cheung and school supervisor Dr. Maggie Lam jointly founded Chun Wing International School (CWIS), leading all the staff to make Chun Wing the top international school in ChaoShan District, Guangdong Province and with the target to become a National Happiness School.

1. To plan English lessons and develop English curriculum 2. To help design and carry out English Week and other English activities for students of different ages (kindergarten, primary and secondary schools) 3. To support student learning by collaborating with other teachers and departments of the school, especially supporting teaching and learning in international classes. 4. To promote cross-cultural communication among English department and students 5. To involve in interdisciplinary teaching with colleagues 6. To maintain positive relationships with parents and participate in parent-teacher conferences, school major activities and assemblies 7. To assist with summer school, study trips when possible and other student activities when possible 8. To care for all students in class and actively report concerns and accolades regarding students’ progress in class 9. To be flexible in assisting with any other duties as may be reasonably requested by school
