    TRAINERS PROFILE Well-rounded Leadership Trainer with signicant and diverse experience in concept, planning and execution of instructional and coaching initiatives for executive and senior leaders. Excel at leading and mentoring world-class, cross-disciplinary project teams and team leaders. He has over thirteen years of work experience in Engineering & Management both in India & the US mostly working for the HCL group. For the last thirteen years he has been working as an Organization Improvement Consultant in South Asia oering HRD Consulting services as well as Training.

    He is a B Tech (Hons) from IIT Kharagpur. Subsequently he did his MBA from IISWBM.

    He has a strong research orientation and has designed several HRD related tools and aids.
