The most common type of incidents reported are illnesses. Illness has been defined as anything requiring doctor visit or evacuation, medical attention at a local clinic or hospital, an injury that interrupts the project schedule, or the result of being assigned a lighter task or lost work/school day. There has been no vehicular injuries report in 2014 or thus far in 2015.

Objective• To focus our Health & Safety plans where

focus is needed.

Major Changes• HASP has been divided into 2 parts.• Part I is Travel Safety, required for all trips• Part II is Construction Safety, required for all

trips which have construction components• Will be completed by December 1, and

required to use by January 1

Resources• Assignment of a Health & Safety Reviewer

prior to preparation so the HASP can be done well and one.

Objective• Ensure our members get the care that they

need as soon as possible.

What are we changing?• ISOS is now the 24/7 response for EWB-USA• EWB-USA will hold the blanket insurance

policy, Seven Corners will no longer be necessary

• Effective Jan. 1 or prior, stay tuned to the eblast

• Interim solution – Cost will be added to trip allocation ($500/$1000,$500) until trip allocation changes.
