Each team would be giving a small presentation on What constraints were identified? What resistance did your team face? What would be the next plan of action to achieve the
results. Who would be doing what task/ tasks? Take Pictures.

acheive Zero Defects.Zero Tolerance Approach for not meeting quality

Additional Tasks to 2 Teams
1) Cell Assembly Team 3: Once a Cell exits Shed 2 ; IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE for it to a)Be Scrapped b)b) have Leaks (Terminal or Heat sealing) c)c) or need for any additional Epoxy Rework.
2) Pasting & Plate Buffing Team 4: Since it is the core area of the battery manufacturing, Please make DOUBLE SURE of Cleanliness & Health and
Safety.
