Considering the competitive pressures we all face, every opportunity for you to grow your parts margin counts. For that reason, Exmark will again offer the EDS Parts Growth Incentive Program. As many of you know, this is a year-end rebate program designed to reward growing dealers with added profit. Earn up to an additional 8.0% above standard 2022 margins, in the form of a year-end rebate.

By adding the Growth Incentive Program to the Preseason booking program, you maximize your profitability on parts sales.

The incentive program and corresponding rebates are based on non-serialized accessories and service parts. This excludes whole-goods, complete decks, completing kits and serialized accessories.

Dealers who purchase more than the $1,000 growth minimum, can earn up to a 8.0% rebate of total year purchases. The amount of rebate will be dependent on growth total. See table below. To qualify for the Parts Growth Incentive Program, Exmark Dealers are required to submit a preseason parts booking order by December 31, 2021.

Dollar volume growth will be based on invoices for parts shipped from November 1, 2021 to October 31, 2022, compared to the same period in the prior year.

The rebate is based on 2022 parts shipments at dealer net value. The dealer will receive their rebate credit on or before December 31, 2022. Returned goods will be subtracted from year-end shipment value.

The following preseason parts booking order opportunity will enhance your competitiveness and profitability with lower free freight requirements, terms and discounts on preseason orders. It will also qualify you for additional 2022 parts programs.

EFFECTIVE DATESOrders must be placed between Sept. 1, 2021 and Dec. 31, 2021.

ELIGIBLE PRODUCTSAll service part SKUs including non-serialized accessories.

MULTI-STORE LOCATIONSMultiple location dealers can but are not required to combine their Preseason Parts Program Orders into a single order for all locations. Program benefits, discounts, terms, and free freight minimums will be based on the level achieved with the combined order. The ordering location will receive discounts, terms and free freight minimums. The combined dealers of the ordering location will receive the same free freight minimums but will not receive additional discounts. Please contact your Territory Manager for assistance with the multi-store parts program. EXAMPLE: Dealer A, B, & C are multi-store locations with dealer A acting as the ordering dealer. Dealer A must place the combined preseason parts order for A, B, & C on one purchase order. Dealer A will receive the qualified program benefits and Dealer B & C will receive the qualified free freight minimums. All parts must ship and be distributed by Dealer A to locations B & C.

CRITICAL SHIPMENT INFORMATIONPreseason booking orders will be released for shipment prior to December 31, 2021 at Exmark’s discretion.

To ensure you maintain the best service levels for your customers, please, DO NOT include any urgent repair parts on your preseason booking order.

INITIAL ORDER DISCOUNTDealer will receive an additional 15% off all previously discounted belts, blades and performance products when your initial preseason order contains a combined minimum value of $1,500 in these commodities.


IN-SEASON RE-ORDERING OPPORTUNITY

Mid-season, you need a price break on your fast-moving parts. You want to submit one order with everything on it and you want your discounts up front. We hear you. Again this year, you can do exactly that and order as many times as you’d like.

Get 15% off any purchase order with your mix of blades, belts and performance products that totals more than $1,500 at dealer cost before discounts. That’s it. Enter as many purchase orders during the 2022 program year as you’d like.
