SERVANT LEADERSHIP FOUNDATIONAL TRAININGYour servant leadership journey begins with our signature foundational servant leadership training. This eight-stage webinar series is o� ered as a curriculum—not as “stand alone” presentations—for maximum learning and application.

The series will set the standard for servant leadership and model the behaviors and practices that need to take place for servant-minded culture or culture change. The curriculum is process-oriented, and each workshop will build on the last for increased learning.

DELIVERY APPROACHWhile this foundational training is available live and in-person on-site(or at a designated location) as a two-day servant leadership retreat, the most common request we get is for a webinar format, which is recorded and sent back to our registered clients for play-back.

Each webinar is 90 minutes long and is specifi cally designed to be practical, interactive, experiential, and solutions-focused. Participants will benefi t from action planning in between sessions, where they will be asked to come up with a key behavior that they will need to practice to improve their leadership. This helps to increase commitment level and fosters accountability for the whole group.

Workbooks are included with the program.

WAR STORIESIn addition to exercises, discussions, journaling, self-assessments, and action-planning, another component of our series that stands out from traditional lectures-and-slides delivery is the infusion of story-telling by leaders within your own organization (usually C-level or experienced managers) who are pre-selected to contribute to the learning with stories of how they have successfully demonstrated the concepts presented. These real-world “war stories” (testimonials) foster a “community of learning” where key behaviors are modeled and extended beyond the trainer concepts.

FRAMEWORKThe framework for all our training is built on solid empirical evidence and the latest best practices. Participants will walk away with a strong understanding of what organizational health looks like based on six key behaviors of e� ective organizational leadership. These key behaviors (modules 2-7 in the sidebar) are critical to creating healthy, servant-minded organizations that enable them to reach their potential.
