Series 34A Bolted Bonnet Valve - Straight Pattern

Class 800/900/1500 bellows sealed globe valve to BS5352, standard bore, outside screw and yoke, non-rising handwheel, bolted bonnet. Available with integral hard faced seat or screwed in stainless steel seat. Valve can be supplied with actuator - electric or pneumatic. Butt weld end connections shown, also available as screwed, socket weld, flanged or special connection.

Series 34B Bolted Bonnet Valve - Oblique Pattern

Class 600/900/1500 bellows sealed globe valve, standard bore, outside screw and yoke, non-rising handwheel, bolted bonnet. To BSEN15761 or nuclear class to ASME III available. Valve can be supplied with actuation - electric or pneumatic plus controls. Extended spindles also available. Butt weld end connections shown, also available as screwed, socket weld, flanged or special connection or manifold blocks. Cartridge valve, version also available - seat and all seals are removed with the top assembly. This leaves only the body left in line. Maintenance time reduced significantly. Increases safety, no danger of seals being lost down line or seat not being fitted.

Maximum pressure / temperature ratings are restricted by the valve end connections and the body / bonnet materials. Valve design suitable for temperatures up to 320 oC. Materials can be changed to customer specifications.

Available with integral hard faced seat to offer increased resistance against erosion Valve can be supplied with manual operation or actuated - electric or pneumatic. Manual valve and electrically actuated valve shown.

Valve shown is with a leak detection port, to provide early warning of any bellows failure. Extended spindles, type and length are designed to suit customer requirements. Weights shown are without extended spindle. Pneumatically actuated valves are available.

Series 36C Bolted/Edge Welded Bonnet Valve - Angle Pattern

Class 900/1500 bellows sealed globe valve, standard bore, outside screw and yoke, bolted and lip-seal welded bonnet. ASME III option available. Secondary gland in the event of bellows failure. Available with integral hard faced seat to offer increased resistance against erosion Valve can be supplied with manual operation or actuated - electric or pneumatic.
