Welcome

The 2nd annual Sensors in Food and Agriculture conference took place in late November at Churchill College’s Møller Centre, an appropriate venue to bring together academic research and commercial interests, the main objective of this and other Sensor100 conferences.

Sensor technology is finding increasing applications in Food & Ag, as indeed in most other industry sectors. SiFA 2016 was a unique opportunity to explore leading edge applications in the food chain. Delegates came from the UK, Europe and the USA, reflecting the global interest in this topic.

The following presentation gives a flavour of SiFA16, and a signpost to lead us to SiFA 2017. I hope we will see you there.
