Senior Parents – Volunteer opportunities for the 2019 MHS All Night Grad Party(ANGP) are in full swing. The party will be held on graduation night, Monday June 3,from 11pm to 5am at Spring Hill Rec Center. The event provides a safe, fun-filled wayfor our seniors to celebrate their graduation.

We NEED YOUR HELP! Whether you are the parent of a freshman, sophomore,junior, or senior, we need your help make the 2019 celebration a success! Please useSign-Up Genius to volunteer your time on the evening of and during the party. Wehave shifts covering event set-up, activity supervision, clean-up and more. Also we arelooking for someone to Chair the Casino, one of the most popular activities with thekids.

And just so you know, we are encouraging the kids to stay all night. They can leave inthe middle of the party, but we’ll have to call you to get your permission to let themdepart. The Virginia Department of Education calls graduation night one of the highestrisk nights and we want to make sure they are safe.

Also, a gentle reminder to please order your tickets here today since the $75 ticketprice will go up to $100 on April 1st. You’ll need to mail it to the address printed on theform or bring it to the MHS front office with payment.

I acknowledge that my child’s participation in the All-Night Graduation Party (ANGP) is voluntary, involves public property, third-party vendors and activities. I understand that the event will be held at a public park facility, Spring Hill Recreation Center, and that the event's scheduled activities will include the use of a swimming pool. I have had the opportunity to understand the purpose of the ANGP, and its various activities (including the use of inflatable structures), which may involve physical activities and risk of injury. I agree by signing below and/or participating in the ANGP to assume any and all risks and thereby hold FCPS, the MHS PTSA ANGP Committee, any parent volunteers, and any vendors harmless and release them from any and all claims, causes of action, or damages whatsoever arising from any accident, injury, or property damage related to or resulting from participation in the ANGP. I have had an opportunity to have all my questions concerning the All Night Graduation Party answered to my satisfaction. I also give permission for photographs to be taken of my child during ANGP.

ANGP Attendance Rules: • Must be a member of MHS Class of 2019. Photo ID required for

admittance to party. • Admission to ANGP will be between 11:00 pm-12:00 am. No one will be

admitted after midnight. • If you have a ticket but do not check in by midnight, we will call your

parent/guardian. • If you leave ANGP before 5:00 am, you may not return, and we will call

your parent/guardian to let them know you are no longer celebrating with us.

• No money will be needed, everything is included in the ticket price, including food and drinks.

• If you are suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs at any time during the party, you will be referred to the MHS 2019 ANGP Committee Co-Chairs and Officer on Duty for evaluation and action.

We will call your parent/guardian and may ask them to take you home. • ANGP will end at 5:00 am.
