Guidelines for reporting

Timing and tabling

Financial statements and performance indicators submitted to Auditor General in sufficient time to enable Minister to table audited annual reports in Parliament by Thursday 26 September 2019.

Where time extension is required, application submitted to Minister to report to Parliament before Thursday 26 September 2019 with revised date for tabling.

Publication

Hard copy

Where electronic publishing is not available, minimal number of hard copies printed using agency resources and photocopied in-house if possible.

Electronic copies

Online in accessible format as soon as possible after tabling in Parliament.

Bookmarked PDF version produced for tabling, clearly labelled with agency name and reporting year.

Produced with as little cost as possible.

Marked up for easy navigation.

Accessibility

Hard and electronic copies comply with State Government Access Guidelines for Information, Services and Facilities.

Electronic copies comply with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 level A as a minimum (WCAG 2.0 level AA preferred).
