Some people may say we saved the best for last (except this is NOT the last), however many of these items were on my “I may keep these” list, but to be honest I’m running out of room to store everything, so some things have to go.

Later this year, in October we’ll have another list, and, if I can come to grips with parting with them, we may have a huge book sale In January. “Books are My Friends”, and I hate to part with them, but it has to be done someday, so we’ll see.

BLOCK THROUGH GLASS DELUXE NEW / Never unpackedHoudini walked through a brick wall and David Copperfield through the Great Wall of China and now you too can pass one solid through another. This effect was on the market many years ago and because I have not seen it recently we jazzed it up to bring you a new version.A solid three inch wooden block along with a five and one-half inch square piece of Plexiglas are offered for examination. The audience is told that you will take one of these solids and pass it visibly through the other. Two ten inch high by three and one-quarter inch square beautifully decorated wooden tubes are shown to the audience. The tubes have holes in the front to facilitate the actual movement of the block through the tubes.One tube is stacked on top of the other with the solid piece of Plexiglas in

between. The audience is told to both watch and listen as they will actually see and here the block penetrate the glass. The solid block is dropped into the top tube; the audience sees it past the first window. It hits the Plexiglas and they hear it. Finally they see it pass the window in the bottom tube and hear it hit the table.This is wonderful visual magic which is very baffling and yet very, easy to do.

DELUXE COMEDY SNAKE TRAY NEW / Never unpacked This tray can be sitting on your table and used as a platform for doing many effects. A spectator is called up from the audience and three glasses (plastic and can be filled with confetti) are placed on the tray. The spectator is told to hold the tray very still and do not touch the glasses. The magi states that a silk handkerchief will be vanished and appear in one of the glass. A silk is vanished.The magi checks each glass and is perplexed that the silk did not reappear. All of a sudden the tray explodes with spring snakes and confetti flying everywhere. The silk handkerchief is pinned to one of the snakes. Many other routines can be done with this tray.The tray is 18” x 10” x 2 1/4“ and is covered in Formica. DIE BOX ULTRA DELUXE NEW / Never unpackedIn all of magic there is probably no "sucker" effect to compare with this splendid trick. There are

several types on the market having varied features, but we offer what we believe to be the finest and best working outfits for securing the greatest effect.A hat is introduced to the audience, shown empty and placed upon the table. A solid wooden die and a handsome wooden box containing two compartments and four doors are introduced. The die is placed in one of the compartments and all four doors are closed. The die is distinctly shown in the box.The magician now commands the die to leave the box, opening one compartment to show that it has vanished. He closes that compartment and opens the other side, which is also seen to be empty. This is repeated several times, the

suspicions of the audience becoming very definite as they hear the die sliding back and forth between the compartments. They are also untrustworthy that the magi is only showing them one compartment at a time.Several spectators excitedly announce that they got a flash of the die, as the magi apparently made a mistake and opened the "wrong" side. As many time as the die appears in the box on both sides it will eventually completely vanish from the die box. The die ends up back in the hat and can be passed around for examination.The box is made from solid oak and is hand rubbed and highly polished with the finest stains. It has a fine "furniture quality" finish. It has what is called the double "sucker" feature where the die can be shown in either compartment at any time. CANDY STORE NEW / Never unpackedThe magician displays a beautiful wooden panel which is brightly decorated as a candy store. The panel is opened to show that there are six candy canes inside. The magician removes three of the candy canes and closes the door. The three removed candy canes are placed into a bag. They disappear from the bag and end up back in the candy store.A number of cute little stories can be told about the three candy canes. One is about the three magic candy canes that never wanted to be eaten. When they were sold from the store they would disappear and always end up back on the shelf. Great for Christmas shows and all year around.The candy store measures about 16" x 8 ". The candy canes are almost 6" high. Each candy cane is a different color. ESP MADE EASY by Daytona NEW / Never unpacked Five ESP or Crayon cards are shown in a stand. The performer asks a spectator to select a card

while his back is turned, show it to the audience and return it to the stand. When the magician turns around he immediately can tell the spectator the selected card. TATOR TRICK By Duane LaflinFunny pictures of “tators” are shown that represent different kinds of people. The pictures are mixed again and again by counting them into piles and then putting the piles together again. The audience decides how much mixing is done. Then the word “TATOR” is spelled out. The card reached by the spelling process is singled out and handed to a volunteer to hold until later. One by one the other cards are shown. They are the members of the “tator family” and they are all strange characters. NEST OF WOODEN BOXES by Daytona Magic NEW Here is another product that has been greatly improved by Daytona Magic. Instead of glitter paper on each box as originally made by Magic Hands of Germany we are using solid oak with the tops covered with Formica.A borrowed coin, or one supplied by the magician is given to a spectator to mark (use a magic marker). A handkerchief is removed from your pocket or from the table. The coin is placed under the handkerchief and the spectator is asked to hold onto the coin. The boxes are brought into full view and the spectator is asked to hold the coin above the boxes. On the count of three the spectator is asked to drop the coin on top of the boxes. HAMBURGER FROM THE PHOTO by Electric Sheep & GINJIROThe magician shows a picture frame. Inside is a menu from a hamburger restaurant. There are pictures of various types of hamburgers, French fries, and various beverages. The magician uses his finger to points to the different items. Then he suddenly pulls a miniature hamburger right out of the menu and holds it in his hand to display. Surprisingly, the original picture of that particular item has vanished from the menu! The magician then puts the miniature hamburger back into its original spot on the menu and “amazingly” the menu pulls the burger back inside! JUMBO SLIDING SUCKER CARD FRAME NEW / Still in the BoxHand Crafted by Steen Pegani, Horsens, DenmarkYou show a jumbo card and place it in an elegant two-sided wooden picture frame. You then close the two doors in front and in the back and say a few magic words. When you then open up the door where you placed the card, you can proudly show that the card has vanished. But the audience is not so excited. They got a strong feeling that the card just moved to the other side, while you tilted the frame. A few of the spectators will even claim that they did hear a small click, when the card went over to the other side.All right, you say, while you close the first door, slightly tilt the frame and open up the other side. PRINCESS CARD TRICK / Meir YedidA spectator thinks of one of five giant cards displayed in a fan. Magician removed one of the cards and places it under his arm. BOILERMAKER DVD&CARDS byVicTrabucco EFFECT: Four jokers are shown front and back; one is put into the pocket, leaving just three cards in the performer’s hands. Suddenly, the jokers disappear as the performer shows a card with a shot glass on it, followed by a card displaying a beer. Then, he shows two more cards, also with a shot and a beer. Instantly these cards transform into cards showing cigarettes and a lighter – two of each – the drink cards are gone! The performer then puts one of the lighter cards in his pocket and asks how many cigarette cards he has left.

X-FACTOR By Ron Frost A selected card is lost in the deck. You remove a four of a kind from the deck which includes the selection. The faces of the cards are clearly shown as the card thought to be the selection is placed to one side. Employing the "X-Factor" you begin to verify the selection's identity by showing that the other three cards now have a big, black "X" emblazoned on their faces. The mind- blowing climax comes when the selection is turned over to show that it not only has a big "X" across its back but the back also changed color! Reg $10.00 Only $ 5.00

RED HOT PREDICTION by Cameron Francis EFFECT: Spreading a blue deck face up between your hands, you ask your spectator to name any two cards she sees. Placing those cards on the table, you ask her to name any other card (by free choice). Say she names the Ten of Hearts.You explain that the other day you removed two cards from a red deck and wrote on their backs. The first two selected cards are turned over to reveal a 10 drawn on the back of one card, and a Heart shape on the

EFFECT: A card is selected, noted and lost in the pack. We’ll say this card is the Eight of Clubs. The magician then pulls out a packet of four cards. He turns over a top card, a Two of Hearts, and slips it into the middle of the packet. It instantly rises to the top. This is repeated two more times. The magician says, “When I do this, people assume that I use duplicates. Well, they’re right.” All the cards are shown to be Two of Hearts, but now they all have ‘DUPLICATE” printed across their faces! Acknowledging that using dupes is not the most magical thing in the world, the magician causes all the cad to turn into Jokers,

except one face-down card. The card is snapped face-up. It is an Eight of Clubs with DUPLICATE printed across its face! Reg $10.00 Only $ 5.00

FADE AWAY by Stephen Tucker © EFFECT: Three face down cards are show and tabled to one side for the moment. Introducing a regular deck of cards, you have one selected, signed across its face, returned and then lost. The deck is now set aside, as you show the three cards tabled earlier. Incredibly, all three appear to be the signed selection! Then the cards become shy and refuse to show their faces in public, backing away from everyone (all three cards now have backs on both sides!) DESTINATION UNKNOWNConcept Two by Bill Pryor EFFECT: A spectator is asked to pick one city from a list of 100 cities on 10 red cards. He is allowed a totally free choice. He merely points to the card which has his city on it. He then turns this card over, without the performer seeing the card. The spectator then turns over all the cards and mixes them up; all the cards are now white. Once again the spectator finds the card that contains his city and points to that card. WHO’S WHO IN THE BIBLE? by George Sprague A Gospel Magic Adaptation of a Classic EffectEFFECT: A performer shows ten cards: red on one side and yellow on the other side. He spreads them on the table, red-side up. Each card contains the names of ten different people from the Bible for a total of 100 different names. The spectator is asked to choose one of the 100 names and remember that name. He is then asked to point to whichever card the name is on. The spectator then shuffles the cards and places them back on the table, this time with their opposite (yellow) side upward. The spectator then searches for the name that he selected and points to the card the name is on. The performer is able to instantly say what name the spectator chose.The performer then offers to disprove that he is using any kind of secret code. The performer never touches the cards and turns his back. The spectator shuffles and places the cards on the table, red-side up. He once again chooses a name from the 100 possible choices. With his back still turned the performer tells the spectator to turn the card over so the performer never even sees the front of the card. Once this is done the performer turns back toward the spectator and asks the spectator to once again turn all the cards over (yellow side up) and mix them up. The spectator now points to the card on which the name he chose is located and, once again, the performer can instantly state which name was chosen. Reg $15.00 Only $ 7.00

ABBOTTS NEST OF BOXESHere is a perfect trick for all occasions - no set-up - always ready. The magician borrows a dollar bill (or coin, or ring, etc.) and causes it to vanish. This same bill (which may be marked) is found in the smallest and innermost of a set of seven nesting metal boxes. In this presentation, the magician passes the nested boxes to a spectator and allows him to open them. No offstage or secret assistant is used or needed. BITING BULLDOG CLIP by Tasukazu Niishiro Two lengths of rome and a bulldog clip are placed into an envelope. One end of each rope is clipped by the bulldog clip. This is shown, but when removed from the clip the two ropes have become one long rope. ONLY 8.00

HOOKED COIN A coin disappears out of the hands of the magician and reappears on the shoulder of a spectator. Reg. 11.00 ONLY 6.00

COIN OFF RIBBONA half dollar with a hole in it is threaded onto a ribbon and covered with a handkerchief. As spectators hold the ends of the ribbon the magician reaches under the handkerchief and removes the half dollar from the ribbon, allowing it to fall to the table for the spectators to examine. SPIKED COINThe performer shows a solid brass circular container that is just large enough to fit a quarter. He borrows a quarter from a spectator and drops it into the container. He then places a solid brass cover over the container, covering the quarter. He shows the spectators that there are holes that run all the way through both the lid and the part that holds the coin. He also displays five solid brass spikes. The performer asks the audience if they will be amazed if he can drive the spikes all the way through the lid,

the quarter, and the base piece. He then drives all five spikes through the three pieces. When he takes the spikes out, the lid is removed and the quarter is restored. Reg. 30.00 ONLY 18.00

DISC ESCAPE by Kreis Magic There are a blue and red face poker chip, and a metal disk. Beforethe performance, both faces of them are shown to the audience. A rope is threaded through holes in the center of them. A spectator holds both ends of the ope. Then, the magician grasps the chip and disk. It is impossible to remove the poker chip or the disk off the rope, but he does. The disk is pulled off from the rope. All the items are examinable immediately after the performance. SWAMI PENMagician has someone select a card. The card is returned to the deck and shuffled. At this point the deck is fanned our face down and the magician passes out the Swami Pen as a wand to use. When the climactic moment passes with nothing happening you tell them that the pen has indeed found their card. You show them a message and the pen and

THE UNUSUAL SUSPECTS In this puzzling magic trick, the audience is invited to participate in a police line-up and help solve the crime. A number of suspect cards are shown, illustrating various criminal characters, and one is secretly chosen by a spectator to be the thief. The cards are mixed up and placed in the magic Profiler, which the magician explains is a space-age computer device used to catch criminals. ZIG ZAG CIG A borrowed cigarette is placed into a case where it remains fully visible. The center portion of the case is pulled sideways, cutting the cigarette into three seperate pieces which can be removed and examined. ZONE INFINITY A coin is placed into a small holder at the end of a key chain. The holder is inserted into a frame. Then the key is pushed right through the center of the coin: metal through metal. Then the coin is shown to be unharmed. ONLY 10.00 RETIRED
