1. Accreditation • The accreditation takes place at the so called “Finnish House” at the entrance
of the Casino Arena from Wednesday 2.00 p.m. - 06.00 p.m. Thursday: 08.00 a.m. – 06.00 p.m. Friday: 08.00 a.m. – 06.00 p.m. Saturday: 09.00 a.m. – 06.00 p.m. Sunday: 09.00 a.m. – 03.00 p.m. (Subject to changes) • Way to apply for more accreditations outside of entries: Yvonne Weichhart /

2. Race Office • The Race Office is located at the Casino Arena in the main building. • Office hours: Monday – Wednesday: 09.00 a.m. – 05.00 p.m. Thursday: 08.00 a.m. – 07.00 p.m. Friday: 08.00 a.m. – 05:30 p.m. Saturday: 09.00 a.m. – 06:00 p.m. Sunday: 09.00 a.m. – 05.30 p.m.
3. Accommodation • Prices: according to FIS Rules • Hotel Options: We are happy to organise the best hotel for you! Please let us
know your preferred hotel and the travel dates the number of travelling persons until the 23.12.2013
4. Transport • Official airport: Innsbruck and Munich • Shuttle service
We will organise shuttle services from/to the airport for you but to help us plan, please contact the Race Office early enough to register for a shuttle!
• Shuttle hotel to venue: Will be organised for you if you register beforehand. Please inform the sub-race office!
• Driving directions for teams arriving by car: From South/East: A12, exit „Zirl Ost“, continue on the B177 over the „Zirler
Berg“, take exit „Seefeld South“. Drive past the lake and turn left at the Hotel Bergland. Continue on through the tunnel until the intersection at the WM-Halle. Turn left in the direction of Mösern. Follow the road until the big spectator parking lot.
From West: A12, exit „Telfs Ost“, continue on Hans-Liebherr-Straße, at the roundabout, take the first exit and drive over the „Telfer Berg“ through Mösern. Stay on the „Möserer Dorfstraße“, you‘ll see the spectator parking lot on the right side.
From North: take the Bundesstraße Garmisch (tollfree), drive through Scharnitz and stay on the B177. Take the exit „Seefeld Nord“ and stay on the Müchnerstraße until the intersection at Hotel Central. Turn right and drive on until you see the Stern Residenz. Turn left and continue on past the Seefelder Seekirchl. At the intersection at the WM-Halle, follow the signs to the spectator parking lot.
5. Payments • Financial Office: The accomodation costs as well as the travel money will be
paid at the press Lounge after the first TCM on Thursday. • Way of payment: All payments will be done by bank transfer
6. Waxing Facilities • Wax cabins: Every nation is assigned a waxing cabin by the organiser. The keys
can be picked up from the race office in the Basisgebäude, a 50 �€ deposit has to be made.
• Cabins are available from 13th-20th of January
7. Radio Equipment Regulations • The use of radio equipment in Austria regulated by national law. If your radio
isn‘t already registered with the Race Office, please go to the Race Office to obtain the necessary registration forms! Further information: http://www.bmvit.gv.at/telekommunikation/funk
8. Visa Regulations • Remember that citizens of some countries will need visa to visiting Austria.

11. Course Maps
• three competitions on consecutive three days:
• 17.01.: 1 jump, 5 km of cross-country skiing
• 18.01.: 1 jump, 10 km of cross-country skiing
• 19.01.: 2 jumps, 15 km of cross-country skiing
• PCR held on Thursday
• after the first race the number of competitors for the following competition (Saturday) will be reduced to the Top 50, on Sunday only the 30 best athletes in the ranking are allowed to start
• The first athlete to cross the finish line on Sunday wins the Nordic Combined Triple
COMPETITION FORMAT

HIGHLIGHTS
• Premiere for the Nordic Combined World Cup – for the first time 3 competitions on consecutive 3 days are held with one overall winner in the end
• 100‘000 € prize money
• the Nordic Combined triple winner receives 200 World Cup points – double the amount usually allocated for a win in a world cup competition
• created to dovetail with season highlights like the Tour de Ski and Four Hills Tournament
• draw the attention on the FIS Nordic Combined World Cup
• recapture the excitement, especially in seasons without major championships
• athletes take their results with them from day to day
• after the cross-country competitions on Day 1 and Day 2, the times are in each case converted back to ski jumping points for the following day
• 1 minute equals -15 points
• every athlete except for the leader starts into the Ski Jumping parts with minus points
• except for the minus points, the competitions on Day 2 and Day 3 are held as usual

• on the following days the rank is indicated in the white box above the name of the competitor when he steps onto the bar
• minus points are directly calculated into the ski jumping score

• the score shown on the graphic after the jump is the athlete’s final one (incl. the minus points from the previous day and his latest performance)
• in case the athlete takes the lead, the box above the name will be green (see graphic below)
• the digits in the green box indicate the time advantage he as on the current second-placed athlete
VENUES • the jumping parts take place on the Toni-Seelos-Olympiaschanze (HS 109)
• the cross-country races are held on a 2.5 km long track in the Casino Arena Seefeld

• Friday: „Seefeld 2019“ to celebrate Seefelds candidature for the Nordic Ski WCH 2019
• Saturday: „Promi-Fun-Staffel“
• teams of two are formed by 8 of the world’s best Nordic Combined athletes and 8 celebrities
• the celebrities show their cross-country skills on the track in the centre of Seefeld
• the athletes take over the (virtual) ski jumping part on the “Wii” games console
• Sunday: ORF „Sport am Sonntag“ live from the Casino Arena
