For Authors, General instructions

- The Organizing Committee of the Conference is honoured to announce that: o Papers are invited from professionals, academicians and students for review

and acceptance for presentation in these three tracks. o Papers discussing concepts, applications, focus areas and tools are invited for

acceptance after blind review by the conference scientific professional and technical committee.

o All papers will be selected after double referee evaluation. o All papers for ICEEE-2014 will be published in the Fifth Edition of the

Proceeding of ICEEE with ISBN 978-615-5460-26-5. Besides, these excellent papers at this convention will also be recommended to SCI and EI journals.

- The plenary lecture should be not more than 30 minutes and 20 minutes for oral papers in duration which include questions and discussion. The time limit will be strictly kept, whenever reasonable.

- Standard audio-visual equipment provided will include PC + video projector, 5x5 cm slice projector and overhead projector.

- Adhesive, etc. for poster fixation will be provided. Poster sessions will be scheduled in the morning and late in the afternoon. During the Poster Session authors of posters are requested to be present at their posters at the time specified in the programme.

- Poster displays should be self-explanatory even in the absence of authors. Posters should not exceed a size of 70 cm (width) x 100 cm (height) (standing B1 format). There will be a poster spotlight session where the authors are kindly asked to present their work on up to 4 slides in maximum 5 minutes.

Abstract

The participants are kindly asked to send not more than one A4 page as abstract of the research work before 26th of October 2014. The abstract should contain:

Title of the presentation Author's first name and surname Affiliation (Work place) and contact address Abstract should shortly contain:

o Background of the problem and aims o Methods o Results o Conclusions o Keywords

Abstract can be one-page (not more than 2300 characters) long and must be prepared according to the guideline provided in the attachment.

Abstract should be ended by the corresponding author (name, institution, address, telephone, fax, e-mail).

Keywords must be provided separated by semicolon. Abstract and manuscript must be submitted only once to the ICEEE General Secretary
