MATERIAL IS MANAGED AT THE HARS.
• MOSTLY DEEPENING AND SANDY MATERIAL FROM APPROACH
CHANNELS (E.G., AMBROSE AND SANDY HOOK CHANNELS)
• GOAL OF HARS IS REMEDIATION OF TOXICITY AND ELEVATED
TISSUE RESIDUES FROM HISTORIC OCEAN DISPOSAL VIA 1-M
