Please note that these responses to the assessment criteria shall inform Netball Victoria’s selection panel for Victorian Netball League licensees. The percentage weighting set out below is indicative only and all decisions regarding the award of a license are subject to the overriding discretion of the selection panel to act in the best interests of netball and to pursue the objects of Netball Victoria.

Information and resources to assist with your application can be found in the accompanying Information kit. All referenced appendices are attached to the Information kit.

Section 2 – Organisation Overview/Governance (25 points)

Please indicate how your organisation addresses the following assessment criteria. Refer to page 1 of the Information Kit for an overview of the competition. To assist you in answering the following questions refer to the relevant section in the Information Kit. Responses to each question must not be more than the word limit where stated. Section 3 – Daily Training Environment (25 points)

Section 4 – Recruitment & Development (15 points)

Section 6 – Finance (25 points)

You are required to submit your organisation’s budget – detailing income and expenditure for your three teams should they compete in the 2019 - 2023 VNL, using the categories provided below. Applicants need to provide sufficient evidence of their ability to maintain a sustainable financial model for the five (5) years of the license. Applicants should demonstrate their ability to increase their financial viability over the course of a five (5) year period by providing a five (5) year budget plan. If you wish to provide more information please attach a separate sheet, using the same categories. Please note all figures listed are to be GST exempt.
