✓ Highly breathable paint, allowing water vapour to escape from the structure whilst being resistant to rain.✓ Unaff ected by UV light whereas acrylic paints become brittle over time.✓ Very durable with a life expectancy of many years if applied appropriately onto a suitable surface.✓ Resistant to airborne pollutants, particularly acid rain and has passive fi re resistance.✓ Suitable for a wide range of surfaces including lime and cement based renders and plasters, gypsum plasters, stone work and brickwork. Please contact us for advice on other surfaces such as existing acrylic or masonry paints.✓ Th e solvent used in silicate paint is water rather than petrochemicals, so no VOCs.✓ Scrubbable, which makes it ideal for high-traffi c areas.✓ Available in 60 great colours (Including White).
