Not only is Coopers the third largest brewery and the only remaining family-owned large brewery in Australia, it also received the prestigious title of the 'world’s top family business' in 2011.

As a fifth generation member of the Cooper family, Glenn is the current Chairman of Coopers Brewery and until recently, also held the role of Marketing Director.

As a privately held family company operating in a tough market segment whose main competitors are multi-nationals, Glenn has faced many challenges in his role as Chairman.

Glenn has managed to reinvigorate the Cooper brand in local markets where it now enjoys a 'cult' following and has also established its presence internationally.

This is an event not to be missed as Glenn will provide valuable insight on how he managed to overcome these challenges and shaped Coopers as a strong, well respected and resilient industry player today.
