Dedicated Account Manager

You will have a Dedicated Account Manager, who you are encouraged to liaise directly with if you have any queries, or if you need any help with any area of the search ordering process.

Ordering Team

We have an Ordering Team who deal with all received orders and process these. They deal with all initial orders requested to ensure that the searches are processed as quickly as possible.

Queries Team

We have a dedicated Queries Team who deal with any queries from our clients as well as keeping track of orders to ensure that they are returned in a timely manner.

Returns Team

Our Returns Team ensure that all searches are being returned to our clients at the earliest opportunity.

Sales & Marketing Team

The Sales & Marketing Team are responsible for promoting a positive image of the company as well as securing new business and generating leads.

Full training is also provided.
