Select more than one property type

Easily search the Residential, Condo, Land and/or Income property types with a single search

Use either the Basic BETA or Advanced BETA Searches

Select as many property types as you need to get the results you want

Basic Search

Because Residential is set as my default Property Type in my PrimeAccess preferences, it is automatically selected when I begin the search

I’ll also select Condominium, because I want to include Condo listings in this search

Note the real time counter that automatically updates as you enter criteria

Click Search to get your results

Advanced Search

Just like the Basic Search, because Residential is set as my default Property Type in my PrimeAccess preferences, it is automatically selected when I begin the search

This time, I’ll also select Condominium and Land, because I want to include Condo listings and Land listings in this search
