Contract: Terms and ConditionsThese terms and conditions (Agreement) apply to and control any travel services oered by o r through Orbridge LLC or any o its Aliates (together and in the alternative, Orbridge, we, us, our). For purposes o this ment, the term Aliates means any natural person or legal entity that is controlled by, controls, or is under common control with Orbridge. Control means the ability, whether directly or indirectly, to direct the aairs o Orby means o ownership, contract, employment relationship or otherwise. You and your means each program participant.

a. Rates. Program rates are based on minimum participation levels, current ares (air, water, land), taris andcurrency values. While Orbridge does everything possible to maintain the listed program rates, they are subjectto change eective immediately upon posting unless otherwise specied by Orbridge.

b. Registration, Deposits and Final Payment. To conrm and secure your reservation, a deposit o $850 perperson per program and $500 per person per extension, payable by check, money order, wire transer o sameday US unds, or major credit card is due at the time o registration. Final payment including any extension(s) ispayable by check, money order, or wire transer o same day US unds ONLY and due no later than 90 days priorto the scheduled program departure date. I your reservation is made ewer than 90 days prior to departure,the entire cost o the program, plus any extension, is due at the time o registration by check, money order, orwire transer o same day US unds ONLY. I nal payment is not received by Orbridge at least 90 days prior tothe scheduled program departure date, (a) the reservation is subject to a late payment ee equal to 2% (or themaximum legal rate, i less) o the total invoice amount, per week until paid in ull, and (b) Orbridge may, at anytime and with or without notice, cancel your reservation in its sole and absolute discretion. All payments wereceive rom you are herein dened as Payments.

c. Cancellations and Refunds. All cancellations must be submitted to Orbridge in writing and will be subjectto a cancellation ee (Cancellation Fee) as ollows: (a) i the cancellation notice is received by Orbridge 151 ormore days prior to the scheduled departure date, the cancellation ee will be $500 per person per program and$300 per person per program or any extension; (b) i the cancellation notice is received by Orbridge between150 and 91 days prior to the scheduled departure date the cancellation ee will be oreiture o the ull depositper person per program including any extension; (c) i the cancellation notice is received by Orbridge 90 orewer days prior to the scheduled departure date, the cancellation ee will be the ull program price. In additionto and not in lieu o the oregoing, a Cancellation Fee equal to 100% o the carrier charge applies to all non-reundable airares due to your cancellation made at any time prior to the scheduled program departure date,as applicable. Reunds, i any, o any Payments in excess o the aggregate Cancellation Fee shall be processedwithin 30 calendar days o our receipt o your written notice.

d. Travel Insurance. Orbridge strongly recommends that you purchase travel and cancellation insurance toprotect your interests in the event unexpected or unoreseen circumstances cause the cancellation o your trip.

In addition, we recommend that you consider obtaining a policy(ies) that will cover some or all o your lossesassociated with damage or loss o luggage or personal eects. I you do not have, but are interested in, traveland cancellation insurance please contact us immediately.

e. Cancelled Programs. Orbridge reserves the right to cancel any program prior to the scheduled departuredate or any reason whatsoever, including without limitation, insucient participation or logistical problemsthat, in our sole reasonable judgment, may impede program operations. In the event o program cancellationby Orbridge or any reason whatsoever other than a orce majeure event, your sole and exclusive remedy shallbe the reund by Orbridge o all Payments received by Orbridge as o the date o cancellation, and the paymentthereo shall release Orbridge rom any and all other or urther liability in any way related to such cancellation.Orbridge makes substantial payments to its suppliers (hotels, transportation companies, etc) ar in advance othe scheduled program departure date. Accordingly, i a program is cancelled due to a orce majeure event(e.g. acts o God, war, labor strikes, earthquake, fooding, etc.), Orbridge will undertake commercially reason-able eorts to promptly reund the portion o any Payments not already advanced to suppliers. In addition, Or-bridge will use commercially reasonable eorts to recover and reund to you the balance o your Payments, lessthe costs, i any, o such recovery, as promptly as possible. However, (a) Orbridge does not guarantee recoveryo any portion o advance payments made to suppliers, and (b) commercially reasonable recovery eorts underthis Section shall not include or require, and shall be ully satised and perormed exclusive o, the institutiono any legal proceedings by or on behal o Orbridge in any orum, venue or jurisdiction whatsoever. Orbridgeis not responsible or, and you hereby release and orever discharge Orbridge rom, any expense or cost in-curred by you in preparing or or arising or resulting rom a cancelled program, including without limitation, thecost o non-reundable airare, other transportation, lodging and meal expense, visa ees, medical expenses,equipment and clothing purchases, and the cost o any additional or alternative arrangements you elect or are

required to incur or make as a result o a cancelled program.

f. Itineraries. Accommodations and arranged excursions are subject to change or substitution at any timedue to unoreseen circumstances or circumstances beyond Orbridges control. Every reasonable eort will bemade to operate programs as planned, but adjustments, substitutions and changes may occur ater the nalitinerary has been issued. Orbridge may, in its sole discretion, withdraw a program or any part o it, make suchalterations or substitutions to the itinerary or program inclusions as it deems necessary or desirable, and passon to program participants any expenditures, additional costs or losses caused by any such adjustments, or bydelays or events beyond its reasonable control. In addition, Orbridge may, in its sole discretion, withdraw ormodiy a program i required by the tour operator or other vendor with whom Orbridge has contracted or byapplicable governmental authority.

g. Not Included. Unless otherwise specically noted in the itinerary, program prices do not include the ollow-ing expenses, which i applicable are your sole responsibility to pay and satisy: trip cancellation insurance andpassenger travel protection plan; domestic, international, and internal airares; transers and luggage handlingees except in connection with scheduled group fights; costs associated with obtaining passports or entry visas;airport departure taxes; airline ticketing ees; airport transers when arriving/departing on other than scheduledgroup dates; excess baggage charges; any new value added taxes or GST taxes added to program costs by ap-plicable governmental authority; gratuities to drivers, guides, or ships crew not specied; meals and beveragesother than those specied as being included in the itinerary; sightseeing not included in the itinerary; personalexpenses such as laundry, communication charges and optional activities (which are subject to availability); andship, air, or transportation uel surcharges, i applicable.

h. Health and Fitness to Travel. Some programs include physically active elements. To enjoy the program asintended, a minimum level o tness is required. Accordingly, you must be in good physical and mental condi-tion to participate. You represent and warrant to Orbridge that you have no physical, mental or other condition,impairment or disability that may or will cause or create a risk o injury or other hazard to yoursel or others inrespect to any aspect o the program you have selected. Orbridge may, in its sole discretion, limit, restrict orprohibit rom participation in any aspect o any program any individual that it considers in its sole discretionto be impaired or unsuitable due to tness level. In addition, Orbridge may, in its sole discretion and at theparticipants sole expense, remove rom the program, or restrict the program-related activities o, any individualwhose physical or mental condition may or is likely to cause a hazard to himsel/hersel or others, or otherwiseimpair the enjoyment o other program participants. Any physical condition requiring special attention, diet, ortreatment must be reported in writing to Orbridge at the time a program reservation is made. Should you haveany questions or need any clarication about a specic program, please ask or details at the time o registra-tion. Notwithstanding the oregoing, you hereby acknowledge and agree that nothing in this Section createsany obligation or duty on the part o Orbridge to monitor, to make any decision or determination or to takeany action in respect to any program participant on account o such individuals mental or physical condition,health or otherwise.

i. Travel Advisories and Warnings. It is the sole responsibility o each guest to stay inormed about the mostcurrent international travel advisories and warnings by visiting the U. S. State Departments travel website athttp://www.travel.state.gov or by contacting the U.S. State Department directly. In the event o an active StateDepartment Travel Warning (Warning) against travel to a programs specic destination location(s) and youelect to travel to the location(s) notwithstanding such Warning, you hereby agree, individually and on behal o

your marital community, heirs, estates, personal representatives, executors and assigns, to assume, and to dindemniy and hold Orbridge harmless rom and against, all actual or potential personal injuries, death, pdamage and other loss or casualty arising rom or related to events that are the same or similar to those spin the Warning.

j. Children. Orbridge welcomes the participation o children in its programs. However, in the event you do your children or other minors or whom you serve as legal guardian (together, Dependents) in your traveyou hereby acknowledge and agree that you are and shall be at all times solely responsible or their care, asaety and protection during the program and any extension(s). Should you have any questions whether a paprogram or inclusion is suitable or your Dependent(s), please contact us and we will do our best to provwith answers.

k. Baggage. Program rates include the price o two (2) pieces o policy-compliant baggage per person durland or cruise portion o the program only unless specied in the itinerary. Please be advised that air carrieimpose restrictions or limitations on the number o pieces, size and weight o luggage and may reject or additional ees on luggage exceeding such limitations or restrictions. All such ees are your sole cost and rsibility. In addition and regardless o location or transportation modality, your baggage and personal eeand shall at all times be at your sole responsibility and risk throughout the entire program. Please check winternational carrier or other baggage restrictions and limitations applicable to international fights.

l. Travel Documents. For U.S. citizens, valid passports are required or travel to oreign destinations andcountries require specic visas prior to entry. Please direct any questions in respect to visa requirementbridge, which shall use commercially reasonable eorts to provide answers as a courtesy, provided that remain your sole responsibility and obligation to obtain and veriy that you have all required travel docuincluding visas, or your nationality necessary and appropriate or the program location(s) and sucienpages in your passport or visas and immigration stamps. Orbridge is not liable, and expressly disclaims aliability, or any expenses or costs you may incur due to your prohibition or restriction rom entering a couthe program itinerary or reentering the United States at the conclusion o the program.

m. Photos and Videos. Orbridge, its representatives and/or tour operators may, rom time to time, mak

tographic or video recording(s) during a program, which may include images o you and/or your Dependeany). For and in consideration o the benets you enjoy and receive in connection with the program, you, inally and on behal your Dependent(s), hereby agree and grant to Orbridge a limited, non-exclusive, irrevworldwide, perpetual, royalty-ree right, license and release, with right to sublicense, to exhibit, publish, and promote the photographs, images, visual depictions, and reproductions o you (together Photos) rein digital or other ormat during the program or use by Orbridge or the limited purpose o promotimarketing the services o Orbridge in such manner as Orbridge may elect in its sole discretion. Without the generality o the o regoing, the license granted herein includes the right, without limitation, or Orbrreproduce the Photos in digital or other orm, to edit such materials, and to publically display, publish andtribute such reproductions on Orbridges proprietary website and in such other digital media and print mas Orbridge may elect.

n. Arbitration. Any controversy or claim arising out o or relating to any services or products oered or obthrough Orbridge, including without limitation, any claim related to bodily injury, death or property damagbe adjudicated and conclusively settled and resolved by binding arbitration in Seattle, Washington beore arbitrator reasonably knowledgeable in travel services matters selected by Orbridge in its sole reasonabletion in accordance with the rules o the American Arbitration Association then existing, and judgment arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction over the subject matter o the controvers

o. Limitation of Liability. NONE OF (A) ORBRIDGE, (B) THE SPONSORING ENTITIES FOR WHOM ORBDESIGNS PROGRAMS, OR (C) ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE EMP LOYEES, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, SHAREERS, OFFICERS OR DIRECTORS (COLLECTIVELY, THE ORBRIDGE GROUP) OWN OR OPERATE ANY ETHAT DOES OR WILL PROVIDE GOODS OR SERVICES FOR OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PROG

ORBRIDGE PURCHASES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, TRANSPORTATION, HOTEL AND OTHER LODGING ACMODATIONS, FOOD, GROUND HANDLING AND OTHER SERVICES (TOGETHER VENDOR SERVICES)

VARIOUS THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS (VENDORS), ALL OF WHOM ARE INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOROVER WHOM THE ORBRIDGE GROUP HAS NO RIGHT OF CONTROL OR AUTHORITY. THE VENDOR SEARE PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND BY THE ORBRIDGE GROUP. EXCEPT AS EXLY PROVIDED ABOVE, THE ORBRIDGE GROUP MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TPROGRAM, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTAAND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ORBRIDGE GROUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THEOR OMISSIONS OF ANY VENDOR OR OTHER THIRD PARTY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANYAGE, DEATH, LOSS OR INJURY TO P ERSON OR PROPERTY CAUSED, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, BY ANY VEOR OTHER THIRD PARTY, NOR THE STANDARD OF CARE YOU RECEIVE IN CONNECTION WITH THE VESERVICES. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE ORBRIDGE GROUP BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,SEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOWAGES, SAVINGS OR CONSORTIUM, EVEN IF SUCH DAMAGES ARE FORESEEABLE AND WHETHER OTHE ORBRIDGE GROUP HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY THEREOF. THE ORBRIDGE GROUPSMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY, WHETHER ARISING IN TORT, EQUITY, LAW OR CONTRACT, SHALL NOT ETHE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID OR PAYABLE BY YOU TO ORBRIDGE IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAISSUE. p. Force Majeure. In addition and without limitation, the Orbridge Group shall not be liable or any injudeath, inconvenience, delay or damage to personal property in connection with or resulting rom acts o Gness, disease, acts o war, riot, civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, animals, strikes or other labor activities, crim

terrorist activities o any kind, overbooking or downgrading o services, ood poisoning, mechanical or otheo aircrat, vessels or other means o transportation or or ailure o timely arrival or departure.

q. Other. Dates, program details and costs, although given in good aith and based on taris, exchange raother inormation current at the time o printing, are subject to change at any time.
