Thanks to the combined effect ofdampener/mixer, dehuller andaspirating channel, the machineensures intensive dampening.

Vertical development machine, providedwith a double principle mixing screw forthe elevation of the cereal and of specialprofile paddles with variable inclination, tofavor the detachment of the outer part ofthe bran layers, improving therefore theuniform penetration of water in the kernel.The upper part of the machine performs asan aspirating channel. The dehulled cereal,during its falling, is exposed to a strongcounter-current of air separating the lightimpurities which are conveyed to theaspiration trunking.Body and rotor are in stainless steel.Driving group designed with belttransmission system.Incorporated sensor for product detection.The vertical intensive dampening mixerSCV, upon request, can be provided alsowith an automatic dampening system(DMA).
