Biginning In the beginning of

Scrawny the

classroom duck.

One of there ducks

start to hatch

everybody runs up

to see the little

duckling. The class

named him Scrawny.

John loved the duck

and he said that he

would do something

about his name. He

new what it felt like

because John’s real

name was

John Frederick Felix Elijah Forest but only the teacher new. The other 2 ducks had died. It was time to give the duck away. Everyone in all different ways tried to keep the duck and it was ok. But they had to take care of it.

The middle of Scrawny the Classroom Duck. Tomorrow is Dog Day a tradition that the school does. A dog was

loose the owner was running after the dog . The dog ran into John’s classroom. He toppled the duck the duck started running John started running. So we had the

owner, the dog, the duck, and John all running down the hall. After that the duck had to leave the school.

The end of Scrawny the classroom Duck. John gets to take the duck home. He got so exited! But after a while

the duck has to leave. Read the book to see what happens at the very end.
