Scór an Óir

Fifty years of Scór Caoga Bliain

Page 2: Scór an Óir - GAA

This year, 2018/2019, Scór celebrates its

50th birthday. We have a proud tradition

here in Tipperary of participation in the

three Scór competitions

Scór na bPáistí

Scór na nÓg

Scór Sinsir

An extra effort is

being asked of

every club in the

county to show

your colours on

the stage.

The passion on

the pitch,

on the sideline,

in the clubhouse

can surely extend

to the cultural

aspect of GAA

that is Scór.

YOUR parish

YOUR club

YOUR opportunity to make this a

special year for Scór.

We encourage all of you to

GO FOR GOLD

Ní neart go cur le chéile.

How to take part?

A solo song

A sketch

A question time

A set dance

group

An instrumental group

If you are imaginative and have a flair for

writing the Léiriú and the Recitation might

be your forte! If you are not made for the stage you might

consider being a mentor and helping with

the training or giving your time to

encourage participants and prepare them

for the stage. Scór na n-Óg is the first of our competitions so

bígí ag smaoineamh ar páirt a ghlacadh sa

chomórtas.

Is leatsa agus is linne í ár gcultúr ársa.
