In this User Guide, please find instructions about the following:

Application Dashboard: Here you can view aggregate data of who has applied to your school. Use this

dashboard to see application numbers per school and per grade. There are various different ways to

view these data, either in a chart or a graph.

Demand Report: This report shows aggregate totals of how students ranked your school.

Review Submitted Applications: The Application Index is the landing page of SchoolMint for an

Administrator. On this page, you can view or edit the applications submitted for your school.

View Currently Enrolled Students: The Student Index lists all of the students currently enrolled in your

school. One main use of this page is to ensure transitioning students have submitted applications.

the red box.

Demand Report: The Demand Report will be used in lieu of the IC Demand Report. It details how many

students have applied, and how many listed each program as their first, second, third, fourth, or fifth

choice.

Application Index

You will immediately be directed to the Application Index upon signing in as a DPS staff. On this page,

you can view or edit the applications that have been submitted for your school.

**NOTE: The Support button links you to the pre-existing support documents built by SchoolMint.

You can search for students in the Student search field using student name, phone number, or IC

student number.

The Application Index and the Student Index can also be found by clicking on the Students drop down

menu.

1. To view your applications, go to the Application Index and click Search.

2. You can sort student applications by First or Last Name. You can also export this list via a CSV or

Excel file.

a. You can view student/application information and send communication directly to the

family by clicking View.

Student Index

The student index will give you a list of all the students currently in your school.

1. To go to the Student Index, click on Students, then click Student Index.
