Fr. Butler is out this week for a conference. Please
keep him and the other priests attending in your
prayers for safe travel s. Our next big family event is
our Thanksgiving Luncheon coming up next Thursday,
November 14th. Forms went home and are due next
Monday, November 11th. Please be sure to continue
reading all school communications sent home via
email or by the classroom teachers.

Thanksgiving Luncheon- November 14th
Family and friends of our students are invited to join them for lunch on 11/14. It will be catered by Monell’s. Students lunch is $8 and adult lunches are $12. Forms and payment must be turned in by Monday, November 11th. Checks should be made payable to the school.

Basketball Practice Schedule 2019-2020
3rd/4th Girls- Mondays & Tuesdays 3:30-5:00
3rd/4th Boys- Wednesdays & Fridays 3:30-4:30
5th/6th Girls- Tuesdays & Thursdays 4:00-5:00
Please note, families of players are expected to help
with concessions as well. A schedule will come out
once we know the game schedule. All school
parents are welcome to volunteer for concession
times. Games begin December 7th.

Swim
Tomorrow is the last day of swim for this session. The next session won’t be until the second semester. We will let you know dates when we hear from Hartman Park.
Christmas Performance 2019
This year’s Christmas performance will be on
Thursday, December 5th. PreK & K will be
performing The Littlest Christmas Tree and our
1st-8th grade will be performing Archangel
Gabriel’s Awesome Adventure. All students
participate in the Christmas performance. A
letter will be coming home about what students
will need to wear for the performances.
EARLY ACTION DEADLINE - JPII APPLICATIONS - Pope John Paul II High School The Early Action Deadline to make an 8th grade application is Friday, November 15th. To be considered for early action, a student must take the placement exam and complete all required criteria listed on the admissions portal.
