What is your definition of School Culture
• Talk at your table • Write down two or three examples of a positive school
culture.• Based on your examples do we have a positive school

Table Talk• What are our eggshells?• How can we have crucial conversations in positive way?• How and will a positive culture effect student achievement?• How does this relate to our vision, mission and beliefs

Survey Results• All staff members were given the opportunity to take
the survey.• Surveys were anonymous with only three members not
participating.• The average score of the survey was 65.7.
Survey Results • Affiliative collegiality had the lowest overall score with the
average score being 3 for questions 2, 5, and 6.• Professional Collaboration had the highest average score
indicating that quality collaboration is occurring at TES.
Scoring Breakdown17-40 immediate attention is necessary.41-59 modifications and improvements are necessary.60-75-monitor and maintain making positive adjustments.76-85 amazing
Next Steps/Table Talk• More celebrations continue to recognize school traditions and
rituals.• Find time to get together after school for fun and fellowship
