The bag is a traditional market back made of rafia with a tie string
top. It is filled with cinnamon sticks, handmade note cards, hand made
picture frames made out of handmade paper and flower petals, hand
woven rafia hot plates, 4 small gift bags made of rafia, and a pendant set in silver
with an aquamarine gem about 1 karat in weight for a necklace

1. The auction will begin at 9:30 AM on Saturday,
May 7, 2016. The auction will continue without interruption until all items designated for sale have been auctioned.
2. All bidders must have a bid number. Numbers may be obtained at the registration area located in the rear of the Cafetorium.
3. Payment by successful bidders must be made on the date of purchase. Payments by MasterCard, VISA, cash or approved checks only.
4. All sales are final and there will be no exchange or refunds on any item.
5. The auctioneer shall not, in any event, be liable to any purchaser of any item.
6. Unless otherwise specified, all auction certificates should be used within one year after May 7, 2016.
7. Purchasers are asked to respect any special time limits on certificates. Please contact the donor within 30 days for certificates involving trips or prearranged dates.
8. All auctioned items must be removed by purchasers at their own expense on Saturday, May 7, 2016, unless other arrangements are made.
9. Decisions of the auctioneer shall be final. 10. Please check with your tax advisor regarding
the tax deductibility of your payment(s). 11. Absentee bids will be accepted for items at the
