than our current ones. New forms will be
coming home tonight, please can we ask that
these are returned as soon as possible.
If after Christmas we have not received your
forms back we will start to delete images of your
child, on the assumption that consent is not
given.
Thankyou for your co-operation.
As we prepare for our Christmas fete
next week, our marquee will start
being put up on Thursday morning.
We kindly ask that for drop off on
Thursday, Friday and Monday 11th that the
children will wait and line up on the bottom
playground. Likewise collection of children on
Thursday and Friday will be from the bottom
playground.
Learning Ambassador Review of the Week
Hi, I’m Ben from 2S.
This week in our class we have been continuing learning about The Great Fire of Lon-
don. We have been writing some non-fiction texts, using sub-headings and we have
built our own houses using boxes. We have all really enjoyed this topic, finding out
about how the fire started and Samuel Pepys.
In our whole school assembly on Monday we learnt about being assertive and why
this is important. Mrs Doyle read us a story about assertiveness called “The lion, the
human, the fox and the mouse”. We are looking forward to our carol concert and
practising hard!
The fundraisers are
looking for help at the
Christmas fete on Sat
9th December 12-2pm.
If you are able to help
please contact the
office.
Many thanks
School closure due to bad weather.
With the current snap of cold weather we felt it is a good time to remind you all of our procedure should the
school need to close.
Snow first thing in the morning —Mr Bartlett will look at the school site early and liaise with Mr.King who will
make a decision if the school will open. If the school is closed a text will be sent advising parents of this. You
could also look on Norfolk County Council website or listen to Heart radio station for more information.
If we decide to close the school during the day - a text will be send to all parents. Please do not try to ring the
school as it does block our phone lines!
If we do close the school please be assured that there will always be a member of staff here until all the children
have gone home.
