1. These packages are open for South Australian installations only.

2. Offers 2, 3, and 4 are only available for installation locations within 50kms of Adelaide, or in Victor Harbor or Barossa regions.

3. These packages close at 5pm ACST 30 April 2019 unless terminated earlier by ZEN Energy in its absolute discretion. Prospective customers must return the signed offer document and pay any deposit due by this

date to confirm their discount.

4. The “ZEN sonnen Battery Upgrade” and “ZEN sonnen Ultimate Upgrade” o�ers only apply for quotes that include a ZEN sonnen system of size 10kWh or above.

5. All o�ers will be reflected on the customer’s quotation by way of a discount that is at least equal to the di�erence in standard ZEN Energy pricing between the quoted system and a system from the same ZEN

Energy range that is:

a) 4 panels smaller in the case of the “Free Premium Upgrade” o�er

b) 1 battery module smaller in the case of the “ZEN sonnen Battery Upgrade” o�er

c) 8 panels smaller in the case of the “ZEN Hybrid Solar Upgrade” o�er

d) 4 panels smaller and 1 battery module smaller in the case of the “ZEN sonnen Ultimate Upgrade” o�er

Any additional discounts are at the discretion of your ZEN Energy sales consultant.

6. Savings listed for each o�er are based on standard ZEN Energy pricing as at 12 March 2019.

7. Eligibility criteria for South Australian Home Battery Scheme subsidies apply, please refer to https://homebatteryscheme.sa.gov.au/about-the-scheme to review your eligibility. The subsidy scheme is administered by

the South Australian Government and Ratesetter, and ZEN Energy cannot guarantee any subsidy on your behalf.
