WEIGHT LOSS WITH A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE CLASS
Your Senior Center wants to help you with this challenge by providing a “Weight Loss with a
Healthy Lifestyle” class, meetings are Thursday at 4 pm. We meet weekly for one hour with a pri-
vate weigh in, group support and classes on nutrition and exercise. Center for Disease Control
and Prevention guidelines and World Health Organization’s recommendations are incorporated
into our program.
If one of your goals for 2020 is to reach a higher level of wellness in an accepted, supportive
environment we can be your answer. Ages are from 18 to 100+ and there is no cost. Come join
us and be well!!
Recently donated to the Hancock County Sen-
ior Center Mixed Nuts Game Day Group, is a
hand made solid oak game board for the game
of Aggravation. The gift was a donated by Jef-
frey Bennett and made by Amish Toy Box of
Ohio.� Its unique design allows for easier han-
dling of game pieces by seniors. �

The above photo shows three different variations of the
acrylic pour paintings. Susan will hold 2 small classes,
each class is approximately 2 hours long, and she will
walk you through each step to make your own beautiful
work of art! Due to the materials being used, it is recom-
mended to wear older clothing. Class size is limited and
RSVP is required. Cost for class is $10.00 and will cover
all materials needed. Transportation is available.
