•Based on selection of query list of courses get displayed.

•View can be personalised via:

•Realignment of columns

•Add or removal of column fields

•Sort by column and subtotal if required.

•Create new queries with or without assignment of categories.

•We can also create our own categories if needed.

•Set as default query to display in Course overview worklist.

•Based on selection of query, list of courses where fewer booking or pre-booking as well as over booking information get displayed.

•View can be personalised via:

Schedule a course date

• Portal can be used for creating a detailed course schedule

•Specify the start date and schedule model for the course

•Course schedule can be manually changed. This can be used to alter the schedule Proposed by the model or to propose an entirely new schedule.

•The Add / Delete Buttons can be used to change the time schedule in detail.

•The Edit Schedule pop-up allows details modification of Course’s schedule

Creating Web-based Training Courses

• Administrator can create a web-based course type from the portal

Change Course details• This service can be used to change time-dependent and time-independent

courses.

Once selected, relevant course data to be changed is called depending on the course delivery method.

Basic data on the course is shown in the header

Using the tab pages all course-relevant information can be accessed for change like:

•General Basic Data

•Rooms and Materials

•Instructors for the course

•Price and costs

•Web-links for external courses

Follow-up – Manage course follow up • Administrator can manage follow up activities after completion of course via portal• Floor-plan Manager approach guides through the process

• STEP1: Select a course for follow-up

• Admn can search for a course type in combination of location if required

•Select required period via current week or month etc, also can specify start date and End date.

• Course as per selection criteria gets displayed

•Administrator can select required course for follow up activities and Next button takes to ‘Confirm Attendance’ screen.

Step 2 – Confirm Attendance for selected course previously:

• All the participants enrolled for the course gets displayed automatically.

•Administrator can individually confirm course attendance or absence for each participant.

•‘All Present’ and ‘All Absent’ button enables administrator to confirm the status for all participants at once.

• Step 3: Evaluate Participants

•Administrator can assess the participants by selecting the appropriate value via Course Failed, Course passed or Not rated.

•‘All Passed’ and ‘All Not Passed’ buttons enables administrator to confirm the status for all participants at once.

• Step 4 Transfer Qualifications– For courses which result in attaining a

qualification can be transferred for the participants upon successful completion.

•Depending on the attributes of course, attained Qualification gets displayed.

•Administrator can access the proficiency and select required value from selective values.

•Administrator can now finally review the entries for the courses.

•Show status of attendance, assessment, attained qualification etc for each participant as processed.

Manage mandatory assignmentThis Service gives Course administrators a way of performing all activities for

managing courses where participation is mandatory.

•Course administrators can perform the following activities:

•Select one or more organizational units, positions, or people and assign mandatory assignments to them.

•Change and delete assignments to mandatory assignments.

Participation – Show Participant History

• This feature provides course administrators a quick overview of a participant's history of participation bookings

• History for selected participant gets displayed in four categories:• Bookings Cancellations• Pre-bookings Waiting-list bookings

Mandatory Assignment Report

• Report provides course administrators with an overview of courses where participation is mandatory.

•Evaluation can be restricted to a certain

•course type or curriculum type

•Learner type or Learner ID

•Evaluation shows whether a participation booking exists for a person for the mandatory assignment.

•If the employee has already taken the course then status of course completion is shown.

Correspondence - Workset

• Administrator can use this workset to access all the functions and information needed to process correspondence associated with conducting a course

•Get an overview of all correspondence requests for the courses planned and all correspondence requests that have been halted or contain errors

•Get information on the recipient, type, output medium, and output status of the correspondence

•Manually trigger the correspondence

•Check the correspondence history

•Personalize the correspondence settings
