Last week we were one of the first ones to bring you news on Samsung Galaxy Tab S series. Now, we have got the latest hands-on reviews of the brand new tablet from Samsung. Samsung hopes to tackle the growing market share of Apple with this device. On the onset, let us be very frank that any review in words or pictures would be doing a disservice to the new Samsung Galaxy Tab S tablets. Yes, the devices are just that great and awesome. One has to actually use these devices to do justice to the experience of using Samsung Galaxy Tab S devices. The display is so clear and crisp that it leaves all others way behind. Nowadays, every electronics maker has a tablet phone in the market, but the new Galaxy Tab S tablets are easily Samsung’s best product in the line till date. Samsung’s Galaxy Tab S comes in two sizes, an 8.4 incher, and a 10.5 incher. They come in two different colors (Titanium Bronze and Dazzling White). Samsung has also brought back the super successful ‘Super AMOLED’ display and no wonder it looks stupendous. The contrast is super effective and the resolution is nothing to shrug at a spec of 2560X 1600. The tabs manage to pack all these features into a body that's only 6.6 mm thick. They weigh only 294 grams and 467 grams respectively. The tabs boast of 8MP camera on the rear and a 2.1MP on the front. The rear panel gives a suede feel. Samsung also got back ‘Touchwiz’. Although Samsung has tweaked the layout and has renamed it ‘Content Home’, bringing together a varied number of widgets & features. The accessory list contains two different types of covers, a ‘Simple Cover’ which snaps into the back and wraps around for some basic protection and a ‘Book Cover’ which protects the entire tablet. These covers come in a half-dozen colors. There's a dedicated 7.5 mm thick Bluetooth keyboard. Samsung expects to gain a big chunk of the market share. And these tablets look like they are aptly designed for just that. And guess what. These beauties are available for pre-order from today onwards.
