ABOUT THE FOOD

The Sentral Chappati House which serves you Punjabi Cuisines to match your various taste buds.

The restaurant or rather “SCH” serves variety of cuisines for breakfast, lunch, tea, dinner & beverages services and has been in Brickfields for approximately 10 years to date.

From all these years, SCH is specialized in Chapatti which is low in calorie with high in fiber . Beside this, SCH is uniquely distinctive with it’s hot sizzling barbequed dishes from the ‘tandoor’ which is a clay oven and very distinct way of cooking of different breads freshly baked also in the tandoor and has prepared authentic Punjabi Cuisine featuring set menu and a’la carte items.



Signature dishes such as a variety of vegetarian menu which special selection of low calorie food are more to boast about…….. and non-vegetarian food in Punjabi Cuisine such as Briyani Rice, Ghee Rice, Mutton Ribs Dalcha, Mutton Varuval, Chicken Peratal, Sweet & Sour Prawn and many more varieties for Punjab food.

Also available on the menu are the international preference such as and juicy grilled lamb to tantalize your taste buds.

In addition, SCH also specializes in light Western Refreshment such as Cream of Mushroom, Cream of Chicken, Onion Soup, Seafood Tom Yam and Mixed Garden Salad, Potato Salad and Caesar Salad.

Specializes In Punjabi Food & Sweets In addition, SCH also specializes in Punjabi Sweets such as ladoo, gulab jamnu, barfee and others… These are simply some of the fine dishes that will tantalize your taste buds.



If it isn’t just for food, you could also drop in to quench your thirst with the array of fresh fruits juices, soft drink and hot beverages or…… maybe a big bowl of ABC and Cendol, we have it too… Aside from food and drinks you could also find unique and tasteful afternoon desserts such as assorted nyonya kuih and assorted sandwiches and …………….
