We offer a variety of sporting goods.

We used a survey to see what sports equipment people are liking.

Supply and Demand

• In the spring we will have more spring sports equipment in stock.

• Same for all other seasons.

• Certain products are in higher demand in different seasons.

Marketing

• We will have kind employees that make customers like want to come back.

• Our prices will be reasonable.• Our placement for popular products will be in the middle of the shelf.

Information Technology

• Computer operator to monitor computers.• Systems administrator for maintaining.• Systems analyst for applications.• Help Desk Technician for people with troubles.• Technical Writer for documentation.• Webmaster to maintain website.

PlansPlanning: Try to get athletes to come in and like our products so that we can make money.

Organizing: Use good marketing to get athletes into our store.

Leading: Order that we need to put flyers in everybody’s mailboxes so that they know about us. They may come.

Controlling: We will set goals to have even professional athletes come and buy things at our store.
