How to exit Egypt Rich

of the Egyptians jewels of silver and of gold, and clothing. The Lord gave the people favor in the sight of the Egyptians, so that they gave them what they asked. And they stripped the Egyptians (of those things).” – Exodus 12:35 & 36

“...And they received from Moses all the freewill offerings which the Israelites had brought for doing the work of the sanctuary, to prepare it for service. And

they continued to bring him freewill offerings every morning... they said to

Moses, The people bring much more than enough for doing the work which the Lord commanded to do. So Moses commanded and it was proclaimed in all the camp, Let no man or woman do anything more for the sanctuary offering. So the people were

restrained from bringing, For the stuff they had was

sufficient to

do all the work

The covenant people of God had been in a very constraining situation financially for a very very long time... so long that the oldest ones among them could not even tell the kids any stories with a connotation of the word `freedom`. They had been slaves for a very long time... Bound, and forced to work long arduous hours while their owners spent their days in leisure; lounging on the Nile, worshipping the sun, crocodiles etc, and living life as they pleased, and on their terms... The people of God did not even have the time to serve their God... Their minds were totally caged... with no prospect of possibly ever being free to live their lives to the fullness of the Blessing... Are you in a constraining situation today? The church of God has likewise been in such a situation for hundreds of years... Prospering financially was seen in some quarters as being in sin

(still is today in some form). People took so called `vows of poverty` without finding out what God had to say about this in His Word... This state of affairs so crippled the church of Jesus Christ that the very definition of the word `poverty` was a phrase to describe the poorest of the poor... `poor as a church rat`... Preachers’ children saw how poverty and lack caused their parents to suffer

needless hardships, and individually decided if this was how God rewarded their parents’ service, then they wanted nothing to do with Him. As such, one of the primary ways for perpetuating the knowledge of a relationship with God generationally, strong on His heart, was perverted because of the stubborn ignorance of some influential folks...

Poverty and lack is not holiness folks... it is not a blessing in disguise... it is not brought to teach you anything, you have God’s Word for that! Poverty and lack is a curse... it is a curse in operation as a direct result of disobedience to God’s covenant described in Deuteronomy 28. The situation of many of the covenant people of God, Christians, in our world today is not wholly different from the circumstances these Israelites found themselves in... constrained... bound financially... feeling the pull of the Lord in a direction their finances could not go... while many that do not know your God, nor even care to know Him live life as they please, wine and dine, sin and glean of the best of your toil... you labour week on week just to barely meet your bills while some people who don’t give a toss about your blessedness live lives of leisure and sin, manipulating with wealth... drawing people in deeper into sin and modern day debt slavery with money... sponsor perverted advertising campaigns to sell you more of their junk... These are the ungodly that prosper in the world (Psalm 73:12). Your practical mind may well have reasoned along the lines of why you are serving God and getting the bad end of the stick while these chaps seem to have it easy... The reason simply put is because of the ignorance of the people of God concerning God’s covenant of prosperity, the enemy has been able to make quick time and put his children `sons of belial` as is described in the Bible over the reins of economic power in many countries, and for many years... If you understand Spiritual Authority, you will understand that for either God or the devil to operate on earth, a human being is needed to cooperate... you see... God has not left you stranded all this time, He has just needed someone to tell you what I am telling you now... Well, God is a complete gentleman and will not force Himself into situations He is not invited, but unlike the devil who is a complete grunje... He will seek to oppress, possess, steal, kill, destroy and manipulate his way into a human being’s heart with a view to using that human to draw other human beings into darkness...

Why is it that there is so much wealth in the world today... yet there are still many suffering and starving people below the poverty line in many parts of the world living on less than a dollar a day, some completely sane people eating out of rubbish piles... precious human beings each one of which could have been the next Graham Bell, Thomas Edison, or Isaac Newton to take technology to yet new heights... families being destroyed... fathers watching their children die of starvation one by one while the fat possessed cats in some positions of influence somewhere spend their days wondering what new pleasure the world has to offer them with all their money... Not even these are spared the curse of the devil’s disobedience as if you get an honest poll of worldly rich folks, you would find an overwhelming majority live in fear of losing their money... and this is what motivates them not to help anyone but strive to purposelessly hoard more and more... and then when their hearts have told them they

have more than they could possibly loose, motivations shift to the unbridled jostle for fame, prestige and power... you would undoubtedly agree that in such a position, such people would think nothing about firing hoards of people and throwing families into deeper poverty, and oppress the remaining workers, squeezing out the same amount of work from them without compensating them some more just to increase their profit margins... Does this sound familiar? (Exodus 5:6-9) How long do you reckon the Lord was going to sit by and watch these state of affairs?

Have you wondered at how uneven, income distribution is in many parts of the world as will be described in the subject of Economics by organisations such as the World Bank. I know this... Nigeria, my country of birth was described by the World Bank as `poverty in the midst of plenty`. A country so rich with natural resources, eager and willing people, yet many had been in the gripping throes of poverty... Wicked people prospering financially through underhanded means, and mocking people who tried to live good and honest lives as they took greater and greater control of the means of production... This was my world for 22yrs and was all I knew... Well, travel, books, study, and the Spirit of the Lord has shown me that this state of affairs is very similar in many parts of the world particularly here in Britain... What was the last estimate for consumer debt in Britain? How much do you owe personally (including your mortgage)? Who had control of these financial institutions before the government bailed them out? 5% have had the strings over 95% of people’s lives for many years... How easy it would be for the devil to keep those 95% in darkness by trying to ensure that a lot of the 5% are well and truly `sons of Belial`; particularly in times when he had so convinced the covenant people of God wealth was sin... Do you know that it costs Reinhard Bonnke of Christ for all nations, one of the most notable world Evangelists, a paltry $3 to save a soul in Africa, (it doubtless costs a bit more here in Europe)... according to Peter and Anne Pretorius of the Charity Joint Aid Management it costs just £3 to feed,

clothe, and educate a starving child a month in Africa... What could you do with £200 million... God is not against you prospering financially folks, He is for it... God would not mind if you had more houses than you could live in, more cars than you could possibly drive, and better clothes than Solomon as His promises

have shown but He does not want these things to have you! ...they have you, if you are spending inordinate amounts of time thinking, scheming and working at how to get them, instead of seeking a closer walk with God, partnering in His purposes and trusting Him to add them as you go along,

just as He promised... The glaring reality of life today is that most people work for these things that God has so freely promised us as His children, and not in partnership with His mission and purpose... Most people don’t favour God’s righteous cause (Psalm 35:27) which by the way is for your benefit as well because it would enable you spend more comfortable prosperous times in your lovely houses, exquisite cars and clothes without the guilt of our family’s suffering in other parts of the world and you not being able to do anything about it because you think you’re broke... You may not admit it, and you may have dulled yourself to it particularly because many use those pictures of dying children to extort but this guilt weighs heavily on every human soul... No ideology, philosophy or doctrine can blot it out but simple obedience and relationship in His covenant.

It is not all dire peeps... God has a plan... and His plan is for His people to begin to walk in the financial empowerment He has for them... This is a quick work folks so we are not talking about getting wealthy financially after 30yrs, we are talking about being blessed `exceedingly`, `abundantly`, `beyond all you can ask or think`

suddenly`... We are talking about a wealth transfer not unlike what happened with the Israelites, but on a much grander scale to the church of the Lord Jesus Christ. This is going to happen in two ways... There are those who are financially wealthy who will bring their heart together with their financial resources to the Lord, and His church and thus partake in all of the benefits of the Blessing and have the first sound sleep they have had in years; and the other way is God’s children who have been robbed for so long because of ignorance will begin to walk in their covenant of prosperity through faith and the Word of God operating in their lives through the 100-fold return... People who increase their giving as they grow will see ever increasing returns on their giving as the reservoirs that have held riches from unjust gain are being tapped. The wicked who refuse to obey God will see their wealth begin to dwindle. Riches will return to the hands of the givers. Get your words in line with God’s Words... Believe for the 100-fold return, and expect the wealth of the wicked to come into your hands... it is not your job to go and get the wealth you understand... you get over into covetousness when you do that... you keep your eyes on the Word... you keep your eyes on God, and listen to the Lord Jesus Christ... He tells you to give, give... and believe God for your 100 fold return. He will do the gathering up (Prophetic Word of the Lord from my father in the faith, Kenneth Copeland)...

Job’s Witness

“This is the portion of a wicked man with God, and the heritage of oppressors, which they shall receive of the Almighty...Though he heap up silver as the dust, and prepare raiment (clothes) as the clay; He may prepare it, but the just shall put it on, and the innocent shall divide the silver”. – Job 27:13, 16&17

David’s Witness

“Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for Him: fret not yourself because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who brings wicked devices to pass. gold and incense; and they shall show forth the praises of the LORD. All the flocks of Kedar shall be gathered together unto you, the rams of Nebaioth shall minister

unto you: they shall come up with acceptance on my altar, and I will glorify the

house of my glory. Who are these that fly as a cloud, and as the doves to their windows? (What is the predominant colour of Jet aeroplanes today... white... Isaiah saw the use of the private jet aeroplane by the people of God as a necessary tool to spread the gospel over the whole earth and interpreted it in the way his mind could conceive)

Surely the isles shall wait for me, and the ships of Tarshish first, to bring your sons from far, their silver and their gold with them, unto the Name of the Lord your God,

and to the Holy One of Israel, because He has glorified you. And the sons of strangers shall build up your walls, and their kings shall minister unto you: for in my wrath I smote you, but in my favour have I had mercy on you. Therefore, your gates shall be open continually; they shall not be shut day nor night; that men may bring unto you the forces (wealth) of the gentiles (unbelieving

world), and that their kings may be brought. For the nation and kingdom that shall not serve you shall perish; yea, those nations shall be utterly wasted. The glory (wealth) of Lebanon shall come unto you, the fir tree, the pine tree, and the box together, to beautify the place of my

sanctuary; and I will make the place of my feet glorious. The sons also of them that afflicted you shall come bending unto you; and all they that despised you shall bow themselves down at the soles of your feet; and they shall call you, The city of the LORD, The Zion of the Holy One of Israel. Whereas you have been forsaken and hated, so that no man went through you, I will make you an eternal excellency, a joy of many generations. You shall also suck the milk of the gentiles, and you shall suck the

breast of kings: and you shall know that I the LORD am your Saviour and your Redeemer, the mighty One of Jacob. For us to board this train, we must ensure that we have put ourselves in a position to receive which is simply accept the Lord Jesus as our Lord and

Saviour and walk in love as He has given us commandment... In like manner we would `abound in the grace of giving` and receive in ever increasing proportions... Warren Buffet who until most recently was the 2nd

richest man in the world gave 75% of his total net worth, upwards of $50 billion to Bill Gates Foundation a charity tasked with alleviating poverty worldwide (Bill Gates until most recently was the richest man in the world but is currently at a toe to toe with a Mexican Billionaire named Carlos Slim) and he became richer still... What kind of mathematics is that?! I don’t know that much about Carlos Slim but it is not a

coincidence that they happen to be the richest men in the world... You see folks, God

can only entrust His finances to those who walk in obedience financially... God’s financial blessing is reserved for the tither, those who favour His righteous cause, the gospel being preached, those who adhere to sound doctrine, and those who pity the poor and not walk by...

If you study the book of Exodus carefully, you will notice that the people, even with a hope of the coming deliverance had to follow well laid out instructions to ensure they did not suffer the plagues with the Egyptians... God separated them from the Egyptians... the children of Israel had light in their dwellings while the Egyptians were in utter darkness... The people had to walk closely in the obedience of His very

distinct instructions and enjoy the benefits of it... through the whole process even before they had enough to give the `too much` offering... even through physically impossible situations, the last plague... the red sea... etc.

The recession is not for you people of God, please don’t join it but follow God’s laid out instructions to you in His word clearly... This recession is the beginning throes of

this wealth transfer... will you continue to make excuses for lack? Will you continue to blame God for your circumstances in life? Or will you get yourself in position to receive? Will you do like Isaac, and walk in obedience sowing in a land of famine and reap a hundred-fold or run to the familiar sights of Egypt for succour like some other folks where doing... The word Egypt has long been used by Bible scholars for everything negatively opposite to God’s best for us, and rightly so as according to Hitchcock Bible names, the name means “...that troubles or oppresses; anguish...” (The founders of Egypt must have thought it was cool to name their country so).

This is strong on the heart of God folks... shortly after rededicating my life to Him in 1998, He immediately began speaking to me about this... well how did He speak... His written Word... through men of God... and when my heart had enough of His Word in it, He began to speak directly to my heart (The written Word of God always taking pre-eminence of course). Little did I know the power of this till I saw Lehman Brothers come crashing down... a firm that has been in the commercial and financial history of the United States for over 150 years... I saw one recent graduate who had only spent a week in Lehman with his gleaming new suit he probably saved all summer for speak forlornly to the news reporter with a tone of no hope of a future... I read of one former Lehman executive’s loss of $6 million US dollars overnight, all of his life savings! Even the newspapers who seem to love bad news were probably hard pressed to find which

stories of suicides to publish... All of the pillars of the earth are being shaken (1 Samuel 2:8/ Job 9:6/ Psalm 75:3/ Joel 2:30)... The rocks which men put their trust in melting into an air of nothingness and hopelessness... not even the huge government bailouts are certain of success and people are still hurting everywhere...

loosing homes and livelihoods... What can you honestly look at and say, this will always remain...

“...For My people have committed two evils, they have forsaken Me the fountain of living waters and hewed them out cisterns, broken cisterns, that can hold no water...” – Jeremiah 2:13

“Thus says the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusts in man, and makes flesh his arm, and whose heart departs from the LORD”. – Jeremiah 17:5

Who or what is your source? What do you trust in that can guarantee you a secure financial future? Even governments are hard pressed for cash... Heaven is not undergoing a recession folks... God wants to transfer wealth to you... He wants to fill your treasures (Proverbs 8:21)... He wants your vats to be filled and burst out with new wine (Proverbs 3:9&10)... He wants to teach you to profit, and lead you in the way that you should go (Isaiah 48:17)... He wants to increase you till you have too much... He wants wealth and Riches to be in your house, and your righteousness enduring forever (Psalm 112:3)... and then He wants to use you to stretch out an olive branch to the people of the world, and bring them into our covenant through the salvation that is in Christ Jesus... Leave the how to God... He has ways and means we have not even a single clue about... You only need to read about the widow Elijah was sent to, and Elisha’s prophecy in 2 Kings 7:1-16 and you would know He is God and can do anything... all He requires is our faith... and obedience.
