Homes University

Homes University is a three-day, hands-on training course designed to show contractors and

distributors the benefits of Honeywell Home products.

As of 2019, Resideo is expanding Homes University training to offer separate trainings for

Distributors and Contractors. Our two distinct training programs are tailored to the specific

information about Honeywell Home products needed by each role.

The courses are taught by Resideo technical product specialists, HVAC industry experts, and

Resideo Sales Representatives. Courses include lecture-discussion, hands-on lab exercises,

and advanced multimedia presentations designed to maximize effective learning.

DISTRIBUTER SALES TRAINING WORKSHOP - (ACCELERATE)

The Distributor Sales Training Workshop is a highly interactive introductory sales training workshop specifically designed to teach

Residential distributor counter staff/inside sales how to close more business, raise the average ticket price and secure long-lasting

customer relationships. This class breaks the service and sales process into easy-to-use components that emphasize the customer

and help establish an increased level of trust, rapport and credibility.
