Course of action for administration

• Giving notice to the inspector of factories and other prescribed authorities

• Emergency medical treatment on priority• Immediate intimation to the relatives of the

injured person• Reporting to the in-company top authorities• Report and co-ordinate with the electrical

inspectorate also in case of an electrical accident

Co-ordination with inspector of factories

• Comply accident report under form No. 24 or 24 –A• Accompany the inspector while he is inspecting the

accident spot• Produce all necessary documents related to shift timings,

drawings etc.• Arrange interaction with the people, as required by the

inspector of factories• If the injured person is hospitalized, then accompany the

inspector of factories to the injured person• Maintain constant co-ordination with the inspector of

• To study existing systems, procedures, plants and programs on safety and health
