Pathway of Hope is an approach that provides targeted services to families with a desire to take action to break the cycle of crises and enable a path out of intergenerational poverty. The Core Elements of Pathway of Hope are as follows: • Provide targeted services to families with a desire to take action,

changing life trajectories and increasing hope. • Bring all the Army’s internal resources to bear, aligning them to
