Your Home page highlights everything you need to manage your own performance. Stay on top of your goals, development plans, tasks to complete, and feedback. Using your Home page

Click the Main Menu icon to access your My Performance, Task Status, Talent View, Help, etc.

Check the tasks area to see what you need to do. Tasks appear in order of due date and status.• Click All Tasks to see a comprehensive list of tasks. • Click the tile to open the task.• Click the icon to view the Task Status page and a

snap-shot of the Process Status.• If there are multiple tasks, use the navigation arrow

to access additional tasks.

Working with the Manager DashboardThere are three ways to conveniently access your direct and indirect reports’ dashboard. The dashboard provides a snapshot view and easy access to areas including the employee’s 1:1 Meeting, Goals, Feedback, Learning, Development Plans, Profile, and more.

Once in the Manager Dashboard, when you click the profile picture, the drop-down lists the currently viewed employee’s peers.

Click any of the profile pictures to view their dashboard.

Click View My Employees to see your employee list page.

Click More to view the employee’s documents, any Direct Reports or Secondary Managers, and to access TalentView.

Go directly to the dashboard from your Connections tile — click an employee’s picture, and then click this icon.

Either select My Employees or click View My Employees to display your employee list page.

Here, you can:• use filters to find people — including your direct reports, indirect

reports, coaches, secondary managers, and HR representees.• use to navigate to the Manager Dashboard and other areas.• click View Classic List if you require functionality found in the

legacy employee list page.

Home 1:1 Meeting

Use the filters to sort and view the employee’s learning activities. You can also enroll the employee in a learning activity.

Select a time frame for an overview of current and past status of the employee’s Performance Tasks, Goals, Learning, Development Plans, Feedback, and 1:1 Meetings. For quick access to additional details on each area, click the number in the tile.

Learning

View and update the employee’s goals. Use the filter, sorting, and search capabilities. You can also create a new goal here.

Goals

FeedbackSee all of the feedback the employee has received and sent to others. You can send the employee feedback from here.

Access and run a 1:1 meeting. Click the employee’s name to return to their dashboard.

View and update the employee’s development plans. Click the employee’s name to return to their dashboard.

Development Plans

Access the employee’s Talent Profile, which includes detailed information about the employee. Click the employee’s name to return to their dashboard.

Profile

Click to view the title of the linked goal.

Using reports

Working with reports

To access reports, click the View Reports tile on your Home page. Here, you can generate and review many reports based on your data and processes. With each report there are multiple actions that you may take. For example:

Generate Report

Edit Report

Hide Report

Delete Report

Make Favorite

As an example, use the following steps to set up your Status Report.

5. Customize your chart view. 6. Save and share your preferences. 7. Run your report any time.

1. Click the Generate Report icon.

To share a report, click Once shared, the icon will change to You can click and select a notification schedule, which will trigger an email with a link to the report.
