Energy Suspension Polyurethane performance components, are made in the USA. Energy

use a material called “Hyper-Flex”, which is the result of 20+ years of experience. Careful

selection of material firmness [durometer] is used for each specific application on the vehi

cles suspension & frame. Hyper-Flex components do not rot or deteriorate from exposure

to oils & under-car chemicals or atmospheric conditions, like smog & ozone. Handling &

steering response is vastly improved over standard, soft bushes. Ride could be stiffer.

The IDIDIT steering column is world renowned, and since 1986 has been fitted to many

thousands of Hot-Rods, all over the world. IDIDIT is a family business, based in the state

of Michigan, and their steering columns are made in the USA, to very high standards. Vari

ous finishes are available, although we only carry in stock- chrome & paintable-steel. Other

finishes, like- black powder coated, brushed & polished aluminium, are available to order.

These columns are available in plain, 8 position tilt and with or without column shift.

Measuring your car, to see which column would be best, is critical. Please ask for measur

ing instructions and we will gladly send them to you . More time spent doing this, will

ensure a perfect fit later on. Most columns feature a flashing indicator control, a 4-way

hazaard light control & horn. Other options including cruise control are available.

These columns are for floor shift only. Designed for your classicMustang. Save and use your original under dash mount. A newfloor mount comes with the column. Complete with a Ford turnsignal switch, and a Ford type wiring plug. Designed to acceptyour original Mustang steering wheel, and place it in the originalposition. You could use an alternative steering wheel with an adap-tor. The lower shaft is 3/4” x 36. For the 1965-66 and some 67models you will need a coupler BYAJW195. HEIDTS FRONT SUSPENSION

Heidts were one of the first companies to make alternative crossmember based suspension assemblies, based on the 1974-78 Mustang II front suspension. Up until a few years ago, the Mustang II couldbe readily found in scrapyards, and it was a simple matter to “remove” the front suspension, and modify it to suit ones Hotrod. Nowadays, these cars are getting a bit thin on the ground. This is whereHeidts comes in [23 years in business], manufacturing cross members to fit many classic cars & trucks. If you have the suspension parts from a Mustang II, then these will fit the crossmember. Otherwise,you can buy all new components, with many different options. The Heidts front suspension design, follows faithfully, the design used by Ford Motor Company. This is because it is technically a very gooddesign. Ford got it right first time with this design, eliminating bumpsteer, and including built-in anti-dive into the design. Some of the other Mustang II based designs do not have these features. Hotrods& Custom/Street cars built these days, need to be safe, as more & more families have become involved, giving us a much greater responsibility. The car needs to handle and brake in safety, from speed.It is no good anymore having a car that will do 200mph in a straight line, but has poor brakes & suspension. Tailgating the family in a 2004 Mondeo on the M1 at 80mph, in your 1500bhp twin turbo ‘34Ford coupe, is not a good idea, unless you have brakes the equal of his. The Heidts front suspension cross-member is made in the USA, not China, and it is beautifully made, a work of art. I visited theHeidts factory, just north of Chicago, and was very impressed with the high quality of their work. I look forward to fitting one of these kits to my own car in the future.

Wheelstands may look spectacular but they can actually hurt performance.Although some front end lift is beneficial for weight transfer, excessive liftcan slow forward motion. When a car wheelstands upon initial launch, ituses up power that could propel the vehicle forward. This results in slowerET’s. Wheel-E-bars are designed to limit & control big wheelstands withoutunloading the rear tyres. As the rear housing rotates, the natural rubber wheelscome in contact with the track. The shock of this contact is absorbed by boththe lower aluminium struts & the coil spring upper struts which keep thetyres from unloading. As the housing continues to rotate more & the frontend begins to lift, the coil springs on the upper struts start to compress. Themore that the springs are compressed, the more force they exert against thehousing rotation, eventually overcoming the rising force of the front end andgently pushing it back down. This converts the rotational energy into for-ward motion, resulting in quicker ET’s. Overall length is 44” & the centre tocentre mounting bracket distance is 22-11/16”.

UNIVERSAL REAR SHOCKWAVES [PAIRS]Here is some information on the Black, non adjustable, shockwave. The ride heightof the Shockwave is much more important than the air pressure it runs at. EveryShockwave has an optimal ride height. The further you deviate from this intendedride height, the more ride quality & handling performance will suffer. If run too low,the Shockwave and/or suspension may bottom out. If run too high, the excessiveair-pressure will create a stiff ride, and you may “top out” the Shockwave. In gen-eral a longer Shockwave will give more suspension travel. this will give better ridequality because the vehicle has more distance to absorb road bumps. The heavierthe vehicle, the more important this becomes. Sold in pairs.

HD Shocks for std OEM Cars

These shockabsorbers [RQ] have been designed & tuned for optimum ride quality in StreetRods, Muscle Cars, Classic Trucks & Cruisers. It’s the perfect solution for the hotrodderwho wants to install it & forget it. they are designed to replace the OEM shockabsorbers& the vehicle must have the stock suspension & ride height. These shockabsorbers are madein Indiana in the USA, not Mexico or China. They are an impact forged, aluminium mono-tube design. Here are some features- Mono-tube design allows a large piston for superior oilcontrol- increases ride quality & handling performance. It also uses less components thana twin-tube design for superior fluid control. The Teflon piston wiper allows consistentpiston/bore contact & repeatable performance. There is a specially contoured composite gasseparator cup which optimizes dead length & ensures proper nitrogen/oil separation. Ex-ternally, the body is hard coat anodized for years of lasting beauty & performance. There isan integral internal bumpstop which eliminates extension crashing. The main piston rod isa 1/2” hardened shaft precision ground & straightened to a tolerance of .001” for increaseddurability & performance.
