1. ADVERTISING IN EXHIBITION ROUTE PLANNER
The exhibition route planner is a printed color publication that includes the
pavilion floorplans with indicated exhibitors’ booths numbers, as well as
complete lists of all exhibitors with their contact information, origin (country,
city) and their company’s area of activity (data is gathered from the personal
business account form).
The Route Planner Advertising is not only an extra opportunity to attract
visitors to your company's booth at “DairyTech | Dairy and Meat Industry”, but
also to reach out for your target customers and promote your brand and
products after the event is over. Many visitors use the Route Planner until the
opening of the next year exhibition. Exhibition route planner is distributed

2. DAIRYTECH CONNECT
The service is a multifunctional terminal, installed at your booth. The
terminal allows you to collect in real time a detailed booth visitors database,
including their contact data.
How does it work?
The visitor places their badge on the scanner. Your specialist working at the
stand will receive access to basic information about the potential client: Full
name, company, position, what products the visitor is interested in at the
exhibition. You can immediately pick out your target visitor in the crowd,
identify their needs, send them advertising and information material in
electronic form, creating a competent dialog. All information is stored in the
system and you can access it online during and after the exhibition.

6. INFORMATION IN THE EXHIBITION CATALOGUE A personal exhibition account is created for each exhibitor. A login, password
and link to the personal business account will be sent to the exhibitor’s e-mail.
In the personal exhibition account each exhibitor provides information about
their company, that is published on the event’s website. Exhibition
catalogue is available on the website within 12 months: 6 months
before and 6 months after the show.
The website catalogue contains a list of all the exhibitors with their contact
information and a description of their activities with an option for visitor to
filter companies, based on their countries of origin and production sector.
Online catalogue is a time-proven tool for visitors to discover
potential partners before, during and after the event.
A section for sub-exhibitors provides an opportunity to include information
about exhibitor’s partners in the catalogue. For sub-exhibitor companies,
there is a individual form of personal business account.

information about the company in the Exhibition Business program on the
website and in the route planner, if all the details are provided. Placement of

The badge is an entry pass to the exhibition territory during installation,
exhibiting and dismantling.
You can obtain badges at the Organizer’s Stand from February 16, 2020
starting at 10 a.m.
To obtain a badge, you must submit a list of the employees working at your

January 27, 2020.
