Dr.Latorre has been leading stroke care atUpstate and in the region. Dr. Latorre isdelighted to kick-off the inaugural VirtualRUSH series with an update on COVID-19and stroke.

Stroke in the YoungHesham Masoud MD, MPHDr. Masoud is assistant professor ofNeurology, Neurosurgery and Radiology atUpstate. He is fellowship trained in VascularNeurology and Endovascular SurgicalNeuroradiology, at Boston Medical Center.

Costanza, MD, FACS Dr. Costanza went to college at HarvardUniversity and medical school at Ohio StateUniversity. He completed his generalsurgery residency at University of Tennesseein Knoxville and vascular fellowship atUniversity of Maryland. Dr. Costanza hasbeen on faculty at Upstate since 2004,

currently serving as the interim chief of theDivision of Vascular Surgery at Upstate andhas been the lead physician in vascularsurgery at the Syracuse VA since 2016.

Endovascular Treatment of Wide NeckBifurcation AneurysmsGrahame Gould MD, FAANSDr. Gould has been a Neurosurgeon atUpstate since 2015, specializing in thetreatment of cerebrovascular disease.

Wed., Sept. 23 Noon -1 PMPost-Discharge Cardiac MonitoringAnveet Singh MDDr. Singh is an Assistant Professor ofMedicine and practices at the UniversityCardiovascular Group of Syracuse. Hecompleted his residency in Internal Medicineand Fellowship in Cardiology at Upstate.

Community Hospital-based Primary StrokeProgram and Utilization of Telestroke Fahed Saada, MDDr. Saada completed his internal medicineinternship at Cleveland Clinic FairviewHospital in Cleveland, Ohio; a residency inneurology at University of Florida Collegeof Medicine in Jacksonville, Florida; and aclinical neurophysiology fellowship atUniversity of Rochester Medical Center inRochester, NY. Dr. Saada is a member ofthe American Academy of Neurology. Dr.Saada is the vice chair in internal medicineand the stroke program director at St.Joseph's Hospital.
