RULES & REGULATIONS

All entries must show proof of negative Coggins within past year

The USEF rules will be used as a general guideline

The horse show age will be determined as of December 1 of the year immediately preceding the show

Any class may be split as necessary – safety is our first priority

Exhibitors riding seats other than hunt seat shall not be penalized for, and are encouraged to wear regulation hardhat with safety harness

No class will be delayed due to conflicts – this rule will be enforced

All post-entries must be completed at the start of the class two classes prior to the class being entered

The show committee reserves the right to dismiss any person or horse from the grounds at any time

No entry will be refunded without a vet and/or physician’s certificate which has been received prior to the start of classes (this includes classes dropped the day of the show)

All pre-entries must be accompanied by payment – no exceptions!

Numbers WILL NOT be assigned without all signatures

Six ribbons and a trophy will be awarded in each class. There will be championship ribbons for each division.

In the interest of safety, all dogs must be on a leash!

Directions to the Ruth B. Dickson Memorial Rings

From Route 20 Westbound: Route 128 to Route 20 West. Turn right at the first set of traffic lights onto School St. Turn left at the top of the hill onto Boston Post Road. Continue through Weston Center and turn right onto Concord Road just as you leave the Center (small traffic island). After approximately 1 mile, bear left at the fork. Rings are approx ½ mile on left.

From Route 20 Eastbound: Fork left to Weston Center just after passing the Red Barn School. Take 3rd left onto Concord Road (small traffic island) just before you reach Weston Center. After approximately 1 mile, bear left at the fork. Rings are approximately ½ mile on left.
